Neighbouring country fears IAFs prowess

planes of the both contries are now capable of Beyond Visual Range (BVR) Missiles so there is no difference as such

.
I don't fear their prowess.
Does any other nation in the region?
Do you? Don't think so, perhaps people want us to fear them, but heck, you gotta earn the status first. ;)

. . .
I think IAF has some good jets....But PAF is fully capable of defending Pakistani skies.....about the air chief marshal its ususal to give stupid **** like this to keep the morale high..but lets face it
:enjoy:They did not dare to attack us after 26th...and they know it:frown:
May be they r worried abt there tumansky engine on the Su-30 or its mere 50 hours mean overhall time:rofl:

Accha,tu pehle yeh bata, key kitna tak padha hain???:taz::woot:

Hum aap ko yey bata sack thay hein: the fighter pilots here do not fear your magical BVR equipment. PAF does not fear your amazing BVR systems.
It is amusing that you guys say "HAMARA FLYING-COFFIN BISON KAY JAMMER BOHOT ACHAY HEIN, BISON STEALTH HO GHEYA HAY!" Some of you guys even say that "MKI's TVC means it can perform maneuvers that stop PAF radars locking on to it."
You guys admit that you have counters to BVR tactics, yet you refuse to believe PAF also has counters?
THEN you say "PAF BVR technology kabhi nhey daikha heh, therefore PAF cannot counter BVR systems at all." Yet many PAF pilots fly for Arab air forces that are BVR equipped and also help train these air forces? :disagree:

Nobody said PAF or Pakistani pilots are bad, they are definitely good, but we are talking regarding the tech part where it seems PAF has a lot of work to do.

It seems you are making an assumption. If you can assume that PAF has no tech to counter BVR systems, why can't I assume it has? ROSE Mirages certainly have self-defense radar jammers integrated. If F-7s/A-5s/Mirages are using Chinese radar warning recievers, couldn't they also be equipped with Chinese jamming equipment?

As for having a lot of work to do, F-16s will have latest jamming suites from America. JF- has onboard radar jamming. FC-20 is supposed to come with PESA/AESA radar, never mind it's jamming suite. I don't even need to mention Saab Erieye's capabilities. Tell us again, where does PAF have a lot of work to do? Certainly inducting all this equipment will take time and effort, but it is gonna happen over the next couple of years. You can continue believing myths about PAF if you want, but don't expect us to believe them too.

Mirage ROSE Program

The ROSE program was launched by the French SAGEM to upgrade the Pakistan Air Force's Mirage III & 5 series. The upgrades took place in three stages - ROSE-I, ROSE-II, and ROSE-III. Approximately 42 Mirage IIIs underwent the ROSE I upgrade which included the addition of the Grifo M radar - which gave the PAF's ROSE I aircraft BVR capability. Under the ROSE-II program at least 40 PAF's Mirage 5 aircraft were upgraded with digital cockpits and Forward looking infrared pods; this made the ROSE II an air-to-surface strike-oriented aircraft capable of using H-series precision-guided bombs. The Mirage ROSE III is a follow-up version of the ROSE II; the PAF have 14 ROSE III aircraft in service.
