Rs1 bn interest-free loans for youth this year: Shahbaz

Rs1 bn interest-free loans for youth this year: Shahbaz

The looted money is being distributed to gain support of the Youth - Qaraz Laylo, Nawaz ko Jitwawhoo...

And after they come to power

1) they will have caused poor people defaulting on loans who would not be able to repay the loan back due to the "great development in infrastructure and business and trade laws and incentives", and the poor person who fell for the bait of the politicians (AGAIN) will lose his guarantees with the bank.

or

2) loans will be taken by people who are not eligible for the loans and the government will write the loans off

or

3) if they do not win the elections they will pass the loan amount to the parliament to handle it.

or maybe all 3 will happen

As a matter of fact ... PML-N had been really popular. But ... now the titanic of this popularity has been hit by an iceberg:tongue:

This "popularity" shall take time to sink down completely!

here is the proof of Sana Bucha's point

Although they do not publicly admit to favouring any party, it is an open secret that the military leadership, and the powerful Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), are backing Imran Khan’s campaign, said The Sunday Times report.
Imran met Munter in ISI chief

If I were a patriotic military leader ... I would also do the same

Janab…just clearly states on what part of this scheme you are actually objecting..?
On being it a Free? Or to be considered it as a Loan or not? Or simply on Youth itself?

And if you are objecting on all of these three simultaneously than its clearly premature on part of anyone to comment on a thing so profoundly which is not yet incepted fully..!! Least expected from you..!!

And if you are commenting just upon your long held deep assumptions about someone than it is so naïve politically to show your grudge openly..!!

In either case….Its only resembles wolfs arguments towards poor sheep…!!

assumptions
What is the criteria for these loans? What are they for?

Are they going to be used for low income students to attend college and university perhaps?

Are they going to be used to provide start-up capital for young entrepreneurs?

In either of the above cases, what is needed are structured and long term lending programs targeting youth looking to further their education and/or starting new businesses. Pakistan already has a small business loan entity - any capital being channeled to 'the youth for starting businesses' should be directed through the existing entity, which could analyze and verify the feasibility of proposed small business ventures by the 'youth'.

Declarations of 'interest free loans for the youth' are nothing but BS political rhetoric meant to hoodwink the masses.

It is our misfortune that the masses easily fall for these empty and impossible promises.

Regardless one's affiliation with a political group... his/ her liking for a particular and disliking for others..... every one should be allowed and have free and complete access and coverage to/by the media.

The above statement in actuality is a depiction of a very narrow mindset which runs deep among the apostles of various political factions ..... no tolerance of others..... snatch everything possible... regardless of the means!

I by no measure like Nawaz or his policies..... but if he is to banned from national media..... they so shall be Zardari and his team of clowns... and so speaking of clowns .... so shall be Bahi Log... and same treatment for others like reformist IK.... and rest of the political lot.

Let everyone lay their cards on the table and ..... let the nation be the judge!

A very true statement - Thanks for providing some food for thought in this emotional world.

The kind of behavior which emerged from most of the posts in this thread are the reflections of the characters of our political leaders.

I heard NS didnot say anything at all about his elder brother Zardari ?? :azn:

the funny part with PMLN is some months back Nawaz due to his arrogance refused to even talk or meet with Pir of Pagro, when they formulated and attempted to bring together fractions of so called muslim league.

and now he just had a meeting with old friend Ijaz ul haq and others... and now going to meet Pir of Pagro in his home town... and we all know whose horse he is.

If Nawaz cannot hold to his stance, why in the first place he took it?
