Its another term for a BS scheme that will primarily be used to pay off PML-N supporters, their friends and families, using taxpayer money, and nothing will come of it.

There are banks already that offer loans for small businesses - those need to be strengthened for any individual with a feasible business plan.

What is the point of handing out 'free loans' without any plan/purpose behind them?

Janab…just clearly states on what part of this scheme you are actually objecting..?
On being it a Free? Or to be considered it as a Loan or not? Or simply on Youth itself?

And if you are objecting on all of these three simultaneously than its clearly premature on part of anyone to comment on a thing so profoundly which is not yet incepted fully..!! Least expected from you..!!
