Russian are working hard,but quietly, to form a strategic alliance with Turkey,Iran,Pakistan and Afghanistan.This will protect thier southern flanks and also start the process of diminishing American influence and finally removing them from middle east.

The USA has no one but herself to blame for this outcome. This is a natural consequence of Jew-requested, US-approved adventurism with the Kurds. When you backstab your decades-long allies by supporting Kurdish terrorists (in the laughable name of "fighting ISIS" which no one in the region buys), then this is what you get. No member of the NATO can get kicked out of NATO... the NATO has no regulation for forcing out members.... the only way a nation can leave NATO is on their own will.

NATO has some base requirements to become a memeber... once you are in, it is possible that a nation does not fit into the requirments at a later point .... but that has no effect on the membership because the other cant throw that nation out of NATO... the only thing they can do working political to get the nation back on track....

Turkey has no intention nor interest in integrating the S-400 with the rest of NATO. Turkey has decided that it doesn't view Russia as a security threat to its national interests for the foreseeable future. This can't be said about certain other NATO members.
