NATO official: Turkey faces ‘consequences’ if purchase of S-400 completed

I don't understand why there's still any debate over this.

1. NATO is ruled by a well-written charter that all signatory states have agreed on, which makes it impossible to kick a member country out under any circumstance-- let alone for purchasing a weapon system from a non-NATO country. Indians or whoever else talking smack about this only serves to show how unfamiliar with the topic they are.

2. Turkey has also inked an agreement with Eurosam (a NATO-member company) to co-develop a new SAM system.

Done! That's it in a nutshell.

If some of you still don't understand this and think "Turkey is leaving NATO", you probably shouldn't waste your limited mental facilities contemplating such matters and instead focus on the betterment of your own life.

For too long Turkey has been treated selectively by EU. Didn't get EU membership on one or other pretext but supposed to do all obligations under NATO. Turkey is going to integrate S-400 to its ADS and will do more.
Every country and nation is going back to its roots and looking from inward lense.Turkey is preparing for the changing geopolitical environment.
