Actually my speed is 25 Mbps, speed test connected me to an Istanbul server, i believe that is the reason why it shows 20 Mbps.

Superonline packages are : 25 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 1000 Mbps.

Is this issue being worked on? It's happened a number of times now, but it's not consistent.

Well, it's raining in Riyadh mostly. There was some rain in Jeddah some time back, but it wasn't enough to have much of an impact.
