NAB laid down condition for Nawaz Travel to the UK

NAB has laid down conditions that Nawaz has to submit bonds equal to the value of the cases/allegations against him.

Without the security and promise to come back to Pakistan, Nawaz shouldn't be allowed to leave the country without submitting surety bonds.

I am ashamed that letter of law is being bent by Imran Khan and his cabinet because Sharifs struck an under the table deal with establishment because they are Rich and powerful VIPs who can Pay for escape.

Why not publicly do plea bargain?

Why not let go after the government forgoes punishment in exchange of plea bargain?

Why break the law that no Convict can leave the country?

If the convicts are pardoned after plea bargain then they can go anywhere...

So I ask both the Powerful establishment and the under pressure government:

Why not use the relief available in LAW, why mock the poor people of Pakistan?

Why go against the saying of the Prophet SAW that people got destroyed where there was one set of laws for poor and another for the Rich???

Imran Khan will have permanently lost the respect of a generation if he let's NS go. If he is under pressure from someone he should say it clearly and resign from office. This country wants change - we'd back Imran Khan against anyone if he is honest and open.

What exactly is wrong with this decision? The courts gave him bail for medical reasons & Nawaz is required to put his properties down as collateral and guarantee that he will return. The government is not paying for his treatment.

How PTI can convict corrupt PPP &PMLN when there are PTI members who were part of these parties and were also involved in corruption?Moreover the people in establishment also have some secrets which will be spilled if these corrupt persons are convicted according to law.
If IK goes hard on them then he will be ousted by his own party.

The issue here is that there is no clear legislation on how to treat prisoners after conviction. There are loopholes related to post-conviction bail and treatment that need to be closed. Change the laws so no more post-conviction bail and treatment only allowed in Pakistan. Of course the PPP & PMLN will NEVER support passing such laws.

If it is the 'Establishment' that is pushing this then IK should come out and say it publicly and resign if he cannot stand up to them.

I might be a PTI supporter but I am absolutely done with this BS excuse of 'Establishment'. If the Establishment can't let you function then either state it publicly, resign if you do not think you can change the situation, or accept responsibility for your actions.

Whenever there is a tough decision, people start using the 'Establishment' bahana.
