My take on Punjab Police after personally dealing with them

From today onward I have decided I won't complain about How Punjab Police works. Because sorry the environmental conditions they work in are beyond disastrous. I work in PU and my office looks like Palace if compared to many Police stations in Lahore. From no AC Dala to disastrous Police Station buildings to 12 to 14 hour duty time. Not to forget even weapons which are given are ancient and less ammunition. Sorry if you really expect them to perform after that than you have lost your brain. All Hail Shabaz Shareef.

I am glad you have opened a good topic Zarvan. And strangely enough, I agree with what you have said. A few years ago, I met up with an SHO who was my father's friend. Good guy. I made friends with some policemen. Over the fext few months, I found out things which were very surprising for me.

1- The Governments of Punjab and Government of Pakistan DO NOT UNDERSTAND basics of "Modern Policing". They are using the same rules, regulations and systems of police which were used 150 years ago by British.

2- The police are SEVERELY UNDER STAFFED. The working hours were horrendous, sometimes upto 20 hours a day ! The idiots and jack arses in Governments of Pakistan and Punjab do not understand the basic concept of SHIFT WORK and Staff welfare.

3- The police are severely lacking MODERN Equipment including IT equipment, Arms, Ammo, basic communication devices, basic transport, and so on.

4- The Police are UNDER PAID for the amount of work they do.

5- Police force are being used by these basta.rd politicians and businessmen like their personal servants.

There were other issues as well but I don't want to write further.

In short, the Federal Government and the Provincial Governments should be ashamed of themselves for being pathetic, lazy arse holes who do not even know the ABC of running police departments. These people need to hang by the balls for being this pathetic.

KPK Police has gone through massive reforms in past 7 years. They have changed a lot. They have been equipped a lot and it's continuous process. Even PTI Government is slow in reforming Punjab Police.

It's not about the recent reforms, KP police have been friendly since long time. In comparison it was always the good cop as compare to Punjab specially. Sindh police came somewhere in middle of these two.

Kashamla son is free because our courts granted him bail. Same courts are the very reason why Military Courts were established in first place. And to change laws you need two third majority.

The Police in Pakistan needs to have system set up, which provides established training paid for by the provincial govt, comprehensive salaries which provide for the family of the law enforcement personnel in the Police Organization, and of the most vital importance, a standard of education which specifically focuses on forensics, ballistics, and works toward a national database system. Law Enforcement personnel need to be recruited on merit basis, on dedication to providing security for fellow citizens and should have built in mechanism which exterminates corruption the moment it takes root.

One of the major reasons why I have seen Sindh Police (the most corrupt in the nation) so loyal to politicians. It's because they follow the money, which essentially comes from these $wine, traitors to Pakistan, AKA zardari family, bhutto family, talpur family and sumro family. Of course they have their associates too, who are as traitorous and filthy $wines as their masters.

Hard fact, police men are not respected by there families either as with time suspicion becomes there favorite hobby as they have to deal with nonsense cases thought out.

Politicians, Military, bureaucracy, big businessmen all are playing with us. And trust me, India and Israel are not that of an enemy as these harami are.
Atleast India and Israel doesn't tell these guys to do corruption. India and Israel doesn't tell mafias in Pakistan to store sugar and cause artificial shortages. India and Israel doesn't tell anyone in Pakistan to hinder justice.
That's why I say, when a leader will really lead this country, world will forget Mao or Stalin or even Hitler for the number of people they killed.
