In the first pik of new spotting the first c-130689 one can see FLIR place fitting under the nose so this could be the one which PAF is using in WoT I could be wrong but this is my guess what do you think guys.....

C-130 is a American plane, used by PAF for cargo, transport of personnel and para-trooping missions.
The IL-78 is a Russian plane, which PAF uses for Air-to-Air refueling and could be used for transport of cargo.
