I can bet that there is hindu majority in UP state...If BJP incites some situation like this even neutral party will hesitate to take action against the culprits...He will not dare to go against majority.. I have studied a lot about muzzafarnagar incident where hindu boy was killed by muslims and at that time BJP don't considered it as accident instead the gathered thousand of people and killed many muslims..Sangeet som was the BJP person and he was awarded by Modi for that.. but now same incident happened and one BJP minister termed it as accident...

This is very true. But the reality is most of the muslims in India do not want to move to Pakistan nor Pakistan is interested in accepting them. What most of the Hindus worry is the partition of India again along religious lines mainly due to large presence of Muslims and ever growing Christians in India. Incase of muslims the religion calls for their loyality to the religion rather than to the state. Incase of Christianity there is always a fear of western interference like in the case of East Timor. This is not the case with other religions like Sikhism, Buddism and Jainism which are native religions to India.

Either there should have never been any partition or there should have been a planned and clean partition. Neither happened and British left this legacy for the people of subcontinent to solve this problem themselves the hard way.

There is no beef ban in GOA, Kerela, North eastern state... Secondly India is largest beef exporter in whole world..
Beef is available in all 3 and 5 star hotels..
RSS and BJP has only problem with muslims eating beef..so they ban in Jammu and Kashmir(muslim majority state) and other state..
Actually muslims condition is India is very deteriorating as per sacchar committee(2010 indian govt census) which says that 80% of muslms is living in slums...They don't have enough money to but meat or chicken.. and beef is low cost protein source..

No such incidents have always taken place in Muslim dominated regions. A Hindu dominated region does not divide and fetch any votes. Where as in a Muslim dominated regions, after such incidents parties like Congress, SP, Communists, MIM, AAP etc get the majority of the muslim vote while majority of the hindu votes go to parties like BJP, Shiv Sena, Akalis. All parties are complicit in this game. All these incidents are due to the Elections in Bihar in the next couple of weeks and the elections in UP which are due next year. Until the next year's UP elections are done these type of incidents will continue. There is a method to this madness. Don't even think that the guys involved in these incidents are religious or care for cows or what ever reason that might be. These are pure political games being played by the politicians to divert the attention from their performance (or lack there of) and to force the public to get emotional and vote on religious lines.

You do not have this communal problem in Pakistan as you do not have sizeable Hindu or Christian population to entice the politicians to play their vote bank politics. So the politicians of Pakistan play the sectarian or linguistic politics.

Today came to know whole hindu villager is supporting the culprits..Same thing we saw with Muzaffanagar riots and all other riots since 1947..Even muslims are not allowed to return home...
