For your first part: its not mandatory for validate through billing address they only do when they feel they have fraud orders and again that's depends on company and its not illegal.
For about quality its it in these prices but a door of betterment always open
I think your are correct on both points. Daraz does seem to have an extra step in their ordering where they 'verify' your order behind the scenes.
And, yes, at this price point--I mean, just look at what you can get DELIVERED for only $3.57 USD-not much to complain. If I recall correctly, I once had bought 4 taste-less apricots from an American store for $2!!
I also regularly use Daraz to 'Top Up' my mother's Pakistani cell phone. Pretty cheap compared with TelephonePakistan.com or Ding.com which I used to use. I fill in Rs. 500 every 7-10 days and Daraz doesn't charge any processing fee unlike those two other sites. Much cheaper. Sort of Cut the Middle Man Out! Sweet!!
