Whatever they are doing if its all a part of an act being put on then they are actually doing much harm to Hinduism. There is no such idea of Imam in hindutwa and by endorsing such artificial notions we are reiterating a common misconception that is prevelant amongst the muslim masses which is that all religion would gradually merge into Islam at some point of time. These are theories propagated by lunatics like Zakir Naik. Islam and Hinduism are two alien cultures. If you try too hard to find commonalities it would end up doing more harm. It is about time that we accept it or else some other Maulbi would start claiming that Muhammad was an avtar of Lord Ram. We won't be happy with that.

However the fact remain you cannot apply "Logic" to a matter of "belief". Where is the evidence that the Quran is the word of god ? There is no evidence. Its only your belief.

Hind does not consist of just India , Hind means Pakistan , India , Bangladesh and closing countries ...
and yes there are many Messengers Allah has sent , but we know of only 25, mentioned in Quran ..

and considering Ram as a Messenger , it depends on his teaching , Cause all messengers just ask their people to worship One god , and avoid Idol worshiping .. If Ram , has encourage idol worship , than he is not a Messenger ..

we do not consider RAM as messenger but of course can be called as messenger as he taught us the value of 'Maryada Purshottam' we consider him ONE of the UNLIMITED manifestation of creator.
