You are being overdramatic. India is still considered as a tolerant place. Just because of few incidents of racial hatred, you cannot paint the same to the entire country.
There are still few pockets in India where these kinds of lynching take place. I have seen dramatic transformation in Hindu and Muslim relations over past few decades because of good governance and effective law and order in my state. Few decades back my city would witness curfew every few months because of clashes between two communities. Now it has been decades there has been relative peace.
What ever happened to Muslim boy was unfortunate and the people who were involved in his death should be thrown in jail and given harsh punishment.
