So if its namaz time and you are not in ur home and or not close to mosque...
Here is my take on this...
Every religion have its demands: moral, physical, rituals, deeds, and even clothing. Agreed ?
If you know that your religion demands that you pray X times a day, dress a certain way, speak in a precise manner, and perform specific deeds, is it not
YOUR burden to be on the alert of the immediate environment that may interfere with those demands ?
A soldier have responsibilities that
WILL interferes with his religious burdens and for that, he must seek religious approvals of his religious elders for him to not perform certain deeds, or speak in specific manner, or be absent at prayers at X hours. Correct ?
Am sure you guys get the picture.
So does a public recreational area -- the observation deck of the Empire State Building -- somehow a situation that
FORCES a religious person to miss his religious burdens ? Who forces him, like a battle that forces a soldier to discard some religious duties, to
VOLUNTARILY enter this public recreational area ? My God expects to hear from me at 1200 hr so I decide to go the restaurant at 1130 hr and forces the restaurant to make concessions to me when I have to pray at 1200 hr ?
