Probably MKE/Kale never even heard of such a problem. We only thought there was a recoil problem because the first videos of the MPT-76 showed noob soldiers who didn't know how to fire a rifle. There's a new video of it being fired full-auto while standing up so now we know there's no recoil problem:

Anyone has pictures of them

That means your soldier don't know how to handle 7mm rifle? Question, would you 'promote' a gun with a soldier who can't handle the rifle?

Found this on trmilitary forum, credit to user named Deno. This should be the designated Sniper version of MPT. (He also posted a couple of other pictures this one and other versions of MPT).

Also a question, does anybody know from which company the scope is? Is it indigenous?

MKEK unveiled two new variants, a carbine and a sniper rifle, based on the MPT-76 rifle for the Turkish Armed Forces at IDEF 2015 in Istanbul.

MKEK and KaleKalip company representatives told IHS Jane's at the IDEF show, that while the Armed Forces are focusing on the standard infantry model of the MPT-76 rifle (with a 406 mm barrel), two new variants of the rifle are currently under the army evaluation.

The first one is a 306 mm barrel selective fire carbine, while the second is a 506 mm barrel semi-automatic sniper rifle. The prototype of the latter was presented at the KaleKalip booth.

5,56 mm variants of MPT-76
They are not. There were only three MPT 5,56 versions at the fair. They were hanging on the wall at Kale stand. These rifles are not from Kale. They didn't let anyone touch the 5,56 versions until last day when they are packing.

Is there a Turkish research into new caliber ammunition like a new caliber for replacement of 5.56x45?

MPT 7.62x51
Bora 12 sniper 7.62x51
Light machine gun 7.62x51
all of them uniqe but we can see some variations on same calibers MKE has 4 type of ammo on 7.62x51mm,first picture is for standart rifles M80,second one is for sniper rifles
