I don't understand why you are feeling offended and ultimately compelled to resort to "You this, You that " when we are discussing a topic completely unrelated to either of us, but if that's what you seek so be it.

The distinction isn't in my head it's your fallacy to not being able grasp the difference between Groping and a Rape. You can talk about any fictional scenario, but fact remains Terry didn't get raped and the police wont even initiate criminal proceedings against the accused for obvious reasons.

It's no secret that men aren't immune to rape, but things don't go down in a way as they did with Jami, especially when the physical advantage tilts in the victims favour. Had he said he was drugged, it would have made more sense then just saying "I got shocked and froze".

Whatever my personal opinions are they matter to me and to the readers, I don't care two hoots about what Jami or you peddle particularly when they are nothing but futile rants out of desperation.

1) I am offended when you characterized a grown able bodied individual being groped in front of many people as a "hit and run" even when, in the example you chose to address, such did not happen. You could have said it was a poor choice of words. If I had to put you analogy to use it would've been a pinch on the *** in a flowing bazaar with the perpetrator nowhere to be seen. That was not the case. Before you interjected, my example was only to elucidate that physical power has limited value.

2)(Since you said parallel examples did not exist in the open) I don't find anything wrong in pointing out that the very reasons you choose not to believe him are the some of very reasons people cite for not publicly addressing these issues in the first place. It was not meant as offence. I had merely pointed out that if things go unreported does not mean that they don't happen (this is not fictitious) . Male-on-male rape will be far less reported (as well as female-on-female) because how insensitive we are to such issues culturally. We either pretend it does not exists or we club the victim and the perpetrator as the same. Just an example of changing norms, the FBI changed its interpretation of rape in 2012 to be gender neutral prior definition explicitly referenced females. Rape also include oral stimulation as well.

3)Physical advantage means nothing. A lot of women also report that they felt frozen/bewitched/powerless/hypnotized when they were raped. This is more a test of mental fitness. People find status/wealth/person's mannerisms (especially the way they talk) as domineering as well. I mentioned this in a previous post. Furthermore, many victims also report that they felt pleasured and contemplated if an experience could be pleasurable how could have it been wrong. This was also reported by a victim of a bus driver (local interview) who said that he enjoyed it and therefore kept going back for more.

4) Pretty high and might of you to say that you don't care two hoot about what Jami has to say while brandishing your own two-bit opinion. Who are you to say that things do not go down this way or that way?

5) Lastly, Jami did not name anyone and merely pointed out why he supported the movement, why he chose to do is because of the outlash against it following the suicide of professor wrongful accused of sexually harassing a student. The fiasco of sorts that followed is Dawn's own creation and people attempting to connect the dots nothing more. More needs to be said on what actually happened. It may very well be that Jami's experience could be characterized as another form of sexual assault apart from rape but for the now we have to take his word for it.

Once again your opinion, especially one that does not offer constructive views, does not matter. You chose not to address and were hinged on some offence you conjured out of your imagination. 1. There were no witnesses to what happened with Terry, had there been any the accused would have been behind the bars. The phrase hit and run was used in a generic context as I already explained in a previous post. It was a perfect choice of words to separate one offence from another of a higher severity.

2. The very reason I doubt Jami's version of the alleged abuse is something that is also corroborated by Terry Crews incident.
"Crews added, “He comes back again and won’t stop. Then I really got forceful, pushed him back and he bumps into the other partygoers, and he starts giggling and laughing.”

My first reply to your post was to spotlight this very fact that a man of Terrys strength and stature couldn't have been raped. The most a feeble abuser can do is touch or grab the victim for a while but that's all he will get to do before the victim reacts with a physical force.

4. I have my well grounded reasons to believe the way I do. This is a public forum, which grants me this latitude to express myself freely and If I don't buy into Jami's MeToo charade, that's my prerogative. It's the same entitlement which Jami employed to harshly criticise the military and the PTI government for amicably negotiating with the protesters.

5. Jami didn't have to name anyone, because in one of his tweets he rewteed a discussion which included the name Hameed Haroon. In Messha Vs AliZafar, Jami unconditionally sided with Messha even-though Messha's defence got ripped into pieces in the court of law.

6. Anyone who levels serious allegations against someone better have something to back their narrative, otherwise, its a fairly handy trend to bring down anyone you despise. Over and out!!!

I read that a while ago. he was groped in a party where lots of people around him but raping a 34 year old man is I understand.

Don't give a rats a.. about this scoundrel from Dawn, but Jami's allegations have BS written all over them. How does a grown up and a bigger man gets raped by a smaller and a weaker man, when he hasn't been drugged either? He got shocked for being violated by a media tycoon and couldn't react, yeah!
