I've also trained along side men that needed to get out of the house/off the couch more often. Not all men or women are equal saying no women are capable of combat is as silly as saying all men are. Suggest to some of the Ladies i've worked with that they need a man to protect them you carry your teeth home in your pocket.

Yes, many men are couch potatoes, and there are always exceptions among women. But men are more suited and women less.

Interestingly, I have never, and I mean never, met a woman in uniform, or otherwise, who could match a man in military capabilities. I have no doubt that these women do exist.

Oh, how arrogant of me to suggest that a man should protect a woman! I must be a real bastard!

Perhaps just replace need with like, I am still old fashioned enough to feel protective towards women (if that is old fashioned) I am sure many women like their husbands/boyfriends to be protective but draw the line at calling it a need.
