Female Doctors do Practice and quite routinely have Private Clinics

Very common to find , private dentist clinic
Private Doctor Clinics for Females and Children Patients
Active as Nurse

If anyone decides not to practice perhaps the Husband has a very well to do Job so they don't have need for both parents to work



It should be responsibility of Education Minister or Councilor to guide Students which fields to pick for Education , if there are no Engineering Companies in Pakistan which hire /use women why offer that branch of Science ???

Learn something you will use in Life to make world a better place if we have Engineering Jobs culture for Women by all means go study that for 4 year

It might happen some Doctors may not see need to practice medicine it's a personal choice

Majority of time People who go thru 10 year of Medicine Science do become practicing Doctors because at core they are trying to help people , which is why they invest 10 years in that field to learn Medicine

It requires exceptional abilities to finish the 10 year Medicine Education together with Practical experience in Hospital setting

Pakistan has a chronic shortage of Medical centers in Rural Areas , which remain under staffed due to security situation in rural areas where many people don't prefer to work

Ours is an Conservative society after marriage most families I don't think will want their wives and daughter in laws to work outside.

Women in workforce is bad for the male employment.

Women should takecare of the family.

Non working women means 50% unemployment issue solved and less competition for the males.

We need all males working rather than both male and female working in a home and unemployed male in the other home.
