Firstly, that is an impressive achievement (especially the cost within which the mission was accomplished using a creative, innovative approach) --- Pakistan certainly has lagged far behind.

But an orbital probe VS a rover that needs to land are two massively different engineering feats. China had set it sights on landing on a moon/planet, not just probing it from orbit.

a) there is a difference between launching a sounding rocket and a rocket into space
b) launging a rocket into space and launching a satellite are two differnt things
c) launcing a polar satellite and GTO are two different things
d) launching GTO and Geo orbit are two different things
e) Launching are Geo orbit launging probe to moon are two different things
f) launching probe to moon and probe to mars are two different things.....

Let's get this straight...you will tell us what can be done then?
