That can be the reason, because Nawaz and many others in judiacary were threaten with death in the past, if the terrorists will be hanged ! You have to be strong to do this step !

Well I am not talking about the strength here..... Obviously in Pakistan the most powerful and strong guy is going to be COAS........ My point is How is he made responsible to sign the death warrant? (legally, constitutionally)

Why is COAS signing a death warrant? That is the job of judiciary and police right?

They were trialled in military court, i think.....thats why... Becuse one attacker was involved in GHQ attack...so they were trailled by them only...other might be a similar case also
