Maulvi fazlullah is sabotaging peace talks

There is no end of this war... they are guerrilla fighters, Pak afghan border is very difficult, its unbelievable 2500KM Long... When U.S.A will leave Afghanistan, then their(Taliban) focus will become only Pakistan............... Government should increase defense budget on emergency basis and provide latest weaponry, bomb proof vehicles to the army including lower rank officers....
This is not right time for war, there is no substitute of peace talk, try again and again, try to disarm them, No doubt they will hesitate, but try table talk again, and make every effort to convince them on own terms.........

plz get a black tea, my dear amman ki fakhtaa?lolzz
& wake up!
CONVINCE THEM ON OWN TERMS?
why we are fighting them? because they are not convinced with our terms!
they were never convinced, with our terms even when we gave them SAWAAT & MALAKAND?
doesnt matters, if the US leave but stilll, no one wouldbe supporting mullha ommar,s one eyed army, cause no one likes them or trust them in the world?
who ever they wanted to talk pakistan is the only key, if not then there is a SHIA IRAN, & much more ?
i mean its not the end of the world?
we were there when talibans doesnt even exists on earth, & we will be even if talibans doesnt wanted to exists?
choice is theres nt ours?

Zawahiri urges restraint in first ”guidelines for jihad”
Zawahiri urges restraint in first ”guidelines for jihad” - DAWN.COM

LONDON: Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri has issued his first specific "guidelines for jihad", urging restraint in attacking other Muslim sects and non-Muslims and in starting conflicts in countries where jihadis might find a safe base to promote their ideas.

The document, published by the SITE monitoring service, provides a rare look at al Qaeda's strategy 12 years after the Sept 11 attacks on the United States and the nature of its global ambitions from North Africa to the Caucasus to Kashmir.

While al Qaeda's military aim remained to weaken the United States and Israel, Zawahri stressed the importance of “dawa”, or missionary work, to spread its ideas.

“As far as targeting the proxies of America is concerned, it differs from place to place. The basic principle is to avoid entering into any conflict with them, except in the countries where confronting them becomes inevitable,” he said.

Those comments are particularly relevant for North Africa, where many analysts believe al Qaeda is using the less restrictive environment which followed the 2011 Arab uprisings to seek new followers, often through local alliances, while avoiding drawing attention to itself by eschewing attacks.

“...our struggle is a long one, and jihad is in need of safe bases,” Zawahri said in his “general guidelines for jihad” posted on online forums.

Zawahri spelled out where conflict was inevitable, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Somalia.

In Pakistan, he said fighting “aims at creating a safe haven for the mujahideen in Pakistan, which can then be used as a launching pad for the struggle of establishing an Islamic system...”

Zawahri cited the need to weaken Algeria, which crushed Islamist militants in a civil war in the 1990s, and spread ****** influence throughout the Maghreb and West Africa.

And in an apparent nod to those who say al Qaeda's focus on the United States weakens their battle against governments at home, he endorsed the right of militants to fight Russians in the Caucasus, Indians in Kashmir and Chinese in Xinjiang.

Avoid attacking other sects

Founded in 1988 during the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan, al Qaeda has adapted to the Western onslaught against it which followed the Sept 11 attacks by building a network of alliances and affiliates in Muslim countries around the world.

Adept at exploiting conflicts like Afghanistan and Iraq, the Arab uprisings have given al Qaeda a new lease of life, in Syria for example, fighters loyal to al Qaeda play a powerful role in the opposition to President Bashar al-Assad.

But its indiscriminate violence, including suicide bombings and targeting of Shia Muslims, has made it unpopular among many Muslims.

Zawahri called on his mainly Salafist followers to avoid attacking other Muslim sects, and said if they were attacked, they should limit their response to those involved in fighting.

They should also leave alone Christians, Hindus and Sikhs living in Muslim lands, respect the lives of women and children and refrain from targeting enemies in mosques, markets and gatherings where they mix with Muslims they were not fighting.

But while affiliates subscribe to al Qaeda's ideology, they are largely autonomous in day-to-day operations, making it hard for Zawahri to control the behaviour of their fighters.

“The biggest theme in Zawahri's document is restraint,” Daveed Gartenstein-Ross, a expert at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, said on Twitter. “This seems to acknowledge the excesses that have tarnished AQ's brand.”

The document was posted on Sept 13, according to SITE, although it was unclear when the guidelines were written by Zawahri, whose messages, based on their content, appear to take weeks to be smuggled out from where he is in hiding
now peoples say, this taliban is bad, those are good!
sorry , folks they all are bad cause they all are from the same tree, yes ALQAEEDA?

Everyone works for the U.S and the Jewish lobby and whatever your mind cant comprehend or finds hard to accept or doesn't matches with whatever you are told , is all Western propaganda  . I knew this was coming ! @Slav Defence

Sir whole world knows on whose orders Army entered the tribal areas and that super power is what and partner of which country and they bombed Muslims in Afghanistan and you provided bases for them but their secular slaves just want to deny that

for the freedom of a nation, no numbers of sacrifices are important, as long as we are a free nation, we keep fighting those, who are against of our freedom as a free nation?
bieng dead but free as a nation, is better choice thn be alive & slave to the killers?
so dont put fear in us, prepare yourself for a war of independence, & fight it like a true patriot , instead of bieng foolish in writting fears?

By attacking your own people you don't get peace what you get is more bloodshed more hatred among each others and more chaos and some time breaking up of countries either by outside forces who take advantage or from inside this is what we faced in Bangladesh

There's something extremely important in developmental psychology , when a child grows up , after a certain time he must learn to take responsibility for his own actions and to face the consequences resulting from such . Inability to do so or not acquiring the certain trait or quality results in disastrous effects , later in his life . Pakistanis and the Muslims in General unfortunately seem to be the same kid who hasn't done so and wants to put the blame of his actions on something else .

Its all U.S Fault ! :D @jaibi Mate , please , confirm the theory of the developmental psychology .

Absolutely true, Secur, this aspect has been covered one way or another by every major theory in developmental psychology: Erikson's, Freud's, Kohlberg etc., It is paramount for the child to be able to take responsibility and the role enhances in adolescence (where we are in terms of nation-ages)

Mr Mr MR Mr Mr MR Sir Sir Sir get a life yaar..why are you wasting your energy man..you could be doing something productive..you have a brain man use it..don't be brainwashed by taliban..they are abunch of rag tag terrorists which will be killed inshallah. Don't support Talibans otherwsie the zionists jooos will implant a silicon chip (produced by Rothschild and Illuminati ) to control your brain..just a friendly warning.

. . .
OUR ARMY wiped these terrorists off the Swat, mohmand,Bajaur, aurakzai, khyber agency, south waziristan and i don't know when we have defeated them everywhere then why just start negotiations, why not eradicate them from their last holes where they are Hiding....

. .
To be bluntly truthful (which is not good, but any way), give peace talks chance because
1.we simply do not have enough confidence in our military leadership, they have never been up to the task ; 2. the casualty rate of PA is very high and intolerable (for us- the ordinary people of Pakistan- generals and privates are equal all of them are soldiers, human being, and survive by a widow and few children); 3. collateral damage means more Pakistani dying , least important is the fact who killed them and how 4. prolonging war means more economic downfall. So please, all the pro-war we do not need you; this is the decision of great majority of Pakistan and made known by all the political parties unanimously. In fact we do not need this secular bourgeois class at all. You can all safely go where ever you like. Thanks

What goes around comes around.Pakistan is getting a taste of its own medicine.

so long as tribal areas will be considered part of Pakistan , the Army will enter it from front , rear , top and bottom , people like you are idiots who fail to comprehend that any area that is attached to our country needs proper law and order , otherwise it will continue to remain a security hazard to Pakistan.

For the benefit of Pakistan , would have had to deal with the chutiyas holed up in FATA regardless of America showing up in Afghanistan , if in fact we had established control over FATA , had Cantonments , regular military exercises had our OPs et in place like we have on our border with India , before the conflict began in Afghanistan we would not have been in this situation
So just shut your stupid trap , there is bigger picture here that you are not seeing

Either you go with full scale war or you have to resolve disputes through table talk. There is no mid way.... Limited operation is never a solution.... What is achieved in 13 years??
No doubt, children of Taliban is their future.. In full scale war you have to kill every single people of Taliban including their children. This is the only way to demolish them.. Otherwise if you leave their family/children, they will take revenge from over army, civilians..... and war may continue for 50+ years.........
We are also not ready for full scale war due to bad economy, lack of resources, and we can't take risk of multiple adventures in single year.... I already said there is no substitute of peace talk... Government is on right path, and war is the last option....
You have to apply long term solution, Invest in education sector, provide them basic necessities as food, shelter and cloth and bring them in main stream.... Those people will stand against the dheet people...
Go for long term solution...

Mr as long as you will keep trying to bring under your Army or government control you will fail that is why Jinah promised them that no soldier would enter their area and never did until traitor Musharraf send the soldiers in Tribal areas
