problem is our educated class is in denial, in denail that we are reankd 130 in health and 140s in education, our HDI doesn't even put us in 100 countries in the world by a long shot despite gaiing indepedence over 70 years ago.

the reason is 3 decades of politcal dynasty govt from 1971 till date with little to no developmet, even a patetic 4-5% growth is celevrated like a huge achievement, growth that is usally driven by construction activites and profityierng of polticans with no work on education

Educated probably isn't the best word. I think privileged would make more sense. Some people in MQM held areas and interior Sindh dont even have the privilege of considering alternative parties because of the fear of repercussion.

I have to disagree with you @ziaulislam as we are actually seeing progress that hadnt been seen in the last 3 decades. Kicking out a sitting PM fair and square! thats something that is huuuuge in terms of democratic development.
