Maqsood's obsession with tigers led to his death

Why were the crowd throwing stone?the tiger could have spared him.

.
so sad to see a person in that fearful situation for so long, waiting for a horrible death. More sad to see no one in the spectators trying to help the poor guy, instead someone recording was waiting for the tiger to eat him. they could have made a rope by tying 4/5 pants together and tried to pull the guy up. Could that have saved hi?, don't no but it would have been a lot better than to just watch the guy helplessly mauled to death.
or us rope ko pakad ke Tiger upar aa jata to.

Was he not climbing over the fence and over the rock? Is it hard to recognize this? Do you think he was going to start bellydancing after climbing onto a fence into the tigers enclosure?
Guards are brought in to do their best to prevent someone from doing something reckless. If they failed in doing this, this is negligence, which is a crime. The guards and staff should be penalized.

Recklessness is usually described as a 'malfeasance' where the defendant knowingly exposes another to the risk of injury. The fault lies in being willing to run the risk. But criminal negligence is a 'misfeasance or 'nonfeasance' (see omission), where the fault lies in the failure to foresee and so allow otherwise avoidable dangers to manifest. In some cases this failure can rise to the level of willful blindness where the individual intentionally avoids adverting to the reality of a situation. (In the United States, there may sometimes be a slightly different interpretation for willful blindness.) The degree of culpability is determined by applying areasonable person standard. Criminal negligence becomes "gross" when the failure to foresee involves a "wanton disregard for human life" (see the discussion in corporate manslaughter).

Maybe he jumped in when the guards were somewhere else? It's a multi acre zoo, guards cannot be expected to be everywhere all the time.

.
Its more likely that the man who jumped into the tigers den was sick in the head. or Maybe he was just stupid and hence the Darwin award.

Once again, I regret not being born into a world without the likes of you.

I've seen enough of zoos to know that the lions and tigers sometimes face the most harassment. If staff member weren't able to react properly or weren't there, zoo officials should still be blamed for incompetency. It shouldn't be average zoo-goers who try to handle accidents like these, but trained staff members.

That guy was stopped 2 times by guards from climbing the fence, the third time they were distracted by another guy trying to climb the enclosure thats when this guy sneaked in as per news.

these are not those type of zoos with small tiger enclosure.. in this you cant even harrass a tiger because its quite far away from you.
This is not an accident...he jumped 1 fence and then went over the wall
I would hate if zoo authority make the fence taller just because of this incident, which will ruin the view.
The fact that nobody had any issues till now for so many years means, the design is good enough.

And judging by your comments, you sound like a drug seller. pakistanis must be proud of you. Now all you need to do is add terrorism to your portfolio and you will become wildly popular.

Are you mad. There were lots of mistakes made by human in that cage. Im an animal lover to extreme But even in that extreme-ness I know my limits. It were those humans standing behind the walls who were the cause of this poor souls death.

He himself paid... But if you want revenge you can kill the people standing above ... Leave the Tiger alone .
