They had a free ride before

Free ride is over for india

All these little countries have understood they can easily stand upto india and squeeze money out of india just by using china

The smart countries will do both, continue projects with china and squeeze money out of india

Its a new dawn

i really don't think that they have the money.even if they buy,it will be probably 2 or 4 fighters.pakistan must find economically good countries to sell fighters.we already sold it to myanmar and nigeria.i don't know about malaysia.i think jf-17 block 3 will be a completely new machine and more countries will show interest because it will not be costly and it surely has AESA.countries like nigeria, malaysia, they want good fighters in cheap prices.i think more countries will show interest in block 3.we all know india.india always try to harm our relations with other countries but in this modern era, there is room to sell your stuff.india can do lobby but interested countries will surely come forward in future.as far as india is concerned, make in india program is a total disaster and even they asked israelities to help them in their engine kaveli or whatever.they have many problems.tejas is not ready to enter in mass production sthat they can replace mig29s.it will take long time for india.we must proud of our country because we have less resources but we still manage to learn things.this is like a building block for next generation fighter jets.

Yeah, woke up and smelt the coffee and realised China has been kicked out of maldives, its in progress in Malaysia and cant do more jack shit in Sri Lanka. Oh wait, it tried, Tried to get Rajpaksa into office, he got thrown out again and Wickramsinghe still rules.

Looks like its u who needs to read some news. Yes Nepal is still a work in progress, we will get there, but Maldives is done deal.
Indonesia and Malaysia used to be pro china btw, how are they coming along?
Basically if u start to read some paper after smelling ur coffee in the morning, would realise that China has lost influence in IOR countries that are strategically located, Port in Malaysia near malacca strait gone, Deep sea port in Maldives for southern Indian Ocean gone and neither are there any hopes for military use of hambantota.
Whereas we get keep ours in Seychelles, and will be patrolling in Maldives territorial waters (Thank you for that China).
Their only remaining outpost in is Djibouti, and bad luck for them, US sits just 5 miles away from there.

China did, look what it got them, lost the influence they had built in these countries whereas we got ours back by spending peanuts compared to China's crapload of dollars. Why shall we make the same mistake of going out there ruthlessly whereas same results can be achieved with patience, our patience paid off.

That's peanuts, we just gave $1.4bn aid alongwith other assurances. it can certainly be done, do u really think they would say no?

We care about our interests in IOR. You would be wise to remember these words when ur debt becomes unsustainable and China refuses to bring in 3rd party (How's KSA's participation btw?)

Wise words. Money talks.
Why did Pakistan pulled out diamer bhasa dam out of North Indus cascade? didnt IK himself said that conditions are strict which would effectively hand over the control to China? Remember?
Yeah, Money talks, but only to a certain extent. China failed to realise that extent.
This is good for us..if China is kicked out of srilnaka and maladives it will only make gawadar more important
As far as our concerns we have no strategic interest in any country beyond the homeless peoples in Karachi ..i know india doesn't care about its homeless people in mumbai

They are also not used

Their useless, it just wastes maldives money keeping theze duds flying
Did you even read the article? The foreign minister said they have been used to save hundreds of lives through medical evacuations and SAR operations. Dhruvs are used by many countries from nepal to turkey to peru sucessfully and more orders are expected

Chinese power and influence has risen incredible over the decades and will continue to rise

Your fooling yourself if you think otherwise

The west may have found a indian stooge to try and contain india but it dosent really matter
Yes that's why countries throughout the IOR, South Asia, SE Asia, and Africa have been rejecting Chinese investments and turning to india instead. You can keep living in denial, but i am not surprised a pakistani is sucking chinese d*** because they have no hope of standing up to india without their chinese daddies.

Those counries have seen how china stole a port from sri lanka and are smart ejough not to make the same mistake. Fortunately, they have a kind, benevolent neighbor India who can help them, much to the dismay of its petty, jealous western neighbor.

On a side note, it looks like every muslim country in SA prefers Hindu India over Muslim Ummah Pakistan. I wonder why that i?

Honestly Gwadar isnt gonna have a free ride. The biggest competitor will be ur own karachi port as its already a well established port in the region, has good infra, yes it can't be expanded but its not like port is turning away traffic coz its operating at full capacity. More ships arent gonna appear magically.
Other competitors will be India-Iran's chahbahar port, closer to the gulf. Another contender is Port of Duqm in Oman for which inidia recently entered into a contract with Oman.

Also Mumbai and Porbandar Gujarat are not too far from the Arabian sea Persian Gulf and Strait of Aden... but dont be cruel to pakistanis by giving them a lesson an the reality of global trade and logistics. Remember by 2030 Gwadar will be better than Dubai.
