Making Karachi a separate administrative unit on the cards

If Karachi wants to regain its past glory it needs to become a Federal Territory. The Feudals and Terrorists still dont take pity on the decaying carcass they plundered so viciously,they want more.
I wish and pray by the grace of Allah we will one day see those trams of Karachi again, which i so fondly remember.

what has this to do with Karachiites not holding their elected people true to their election promises.

2 prong:

1. It does not matter to the real LEGAL power of Karachi, PPP, whether you hold the elected people of Karachi accountable or not.
2. How can you hold the elected accountable without first giving them power and resources?
