After article 149, The Karachi would not need to rely on PPP Qabza mafia (sindh govt) for development.

All the funds will be directly released into Karachi by federal government, no commission scene.
Local government will be empowered
Ordinary Karachiites will deal with their own issues. (elimination of wadera jahalat in the metroplis)

And most of all, Karachi will contribute positively to the country economy.

1. Impose Article 149
2. Introduce in Karachi the PTI local government system that they were going to introduce in Punjab/KPK through a presidential order
3. Immediately hold local government elections
4. Federal government release funds to the new local government
5. Hold audit of funds every 6 months


Karachi will rise again and with it Pakistan's economy.

If Federal government decided to invoke 149 than they should but do it right. Federal government can start with Garbage, then move against water tanker mafia, fix the drainage system to prevent flooding, fix road and sewage system, remove all ghost employees by using biometric system for attendance in government offices, pilot education program, fix healthcare system, digitalize the city, move PIA headquarter to Islamabad.
Karachi should become Mecca for investors and generate revenue that can support Sindh and rest of Pakistan.

I agree new local body system and new election. Wasim Akhtar is drug addict, no need for him anymore.
MQM and PPP have made millions of dollars from bribes, extortion, corruption and money laundering. Due to their illegal practices many investors left Pakistan and invested in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore.
No credid should be given to MQM and PPP because both are useless.
