I think he mean't that mothers are the ones who raise their kids and influence them the most, that's why these guys have soft corner for muslims and their struggles in India

ok.. now you put it that way, it does make some sense to say they are more comfortable with muslims. I think it applies to those whose dad is muslim too. Or have close friends who are muslims.

Most people are apprehensive of unknown, once you know somebody you will be more accepting.
He should have said muslim-friendly hindu, because mahesh bhatt and sanjay dutt are just okey as person, not evil or saints.

No. I've no reason to be butt-hurt; even more so about Zakir Naik. He does not qualify as intelligent in any way; but he sure can talk. MENSA does not measure talking abilities btw.
One very 'profound' program that ZN hosted consisted entirely of explaining how long a Man's Beard should be, with very graphic demonstrations by using his clenched fist et al. His audience sat through all that absolutely transfixed!
Probably because they were less intelligent than he is. Period.

man.. I have got very weak memory but one of my friend had near photographic memory.... in college he could recollect which part of page was written, move his finger in air and tell us exactly what was written... even if he man not understand it fully.
another of my friend could remember car number plates really quick, I do envy them but they were not that smart. (not stupid too)
