You are an ignorant cretin. There are several art museums in KSA. Arab art is one of the most famous, influential and admired arts in the world.

Waste of money according to ignorants like you. This painting is invaluable and one of the few Da Vinci paintings in the world. If ever sold again it will only be sold for a more expensive price like is the tradition with invaluable art when sold again.

However this serves other purposes other than a good investment. A purpose that your likes do not understand due to your ignorance and stupidity. Not your fault.

It will be located (for now) in Louvre Abu Dhabi. The first and so far only branch of Louvre outside of Paris.

Friend studied "Art History" in University, we all made fun of him.
