Long March-8 Rocket will be reusable

In 2022 he will say the Chinese Space Station is a copy of Mir or ISS

Well I wouldn't be surprised if your original space station design plans suddenly morphs from this

He is just upset China space technology is catching up fast on US and surpass even on some area. Mark my words, US will do away the wolf policy and allow ISS emergency capsule to dock on Chinese space station when necessary since it is the only space station besides ISS in orbit.
Many American Space scientists use the example of USSR and USA cooperated together in Space during the Cold War so are hopeful it will happen with China too. It remains to be seen if that will happen. ISS will probably be extended till 2028 and after that US either building a new one or we have to welcome them on board. But you are right we all detected he is upset not willing to admit China has some cutting edge space tech. Chinese Space Agency managed to launch a 3 module mission to Mars after 27 years since its creation which took NASA couple of DECADES to send its first rover but he twisted it as if China took DECADES to do it. China space tech is making fast progress and is a big player in Space unlike India.

He is just a bad sourgraped. If US don't allow ISS emergency docking at China space station. What will happened if emergency happened? Let the astronaut perished? LOL.

There is always need a backup plan.

Are you serious? How many rockets have you sent passed the moon since your first rocket launch? Even Elon Musk did it before you.

Do you want a list pages long of what NASA did in its first 27 years? We actually had a probe inspecting Mars within 10 years of NASA's founding and a lander within 20.. You haven't even made it there yet.

You guys have done pretty much nothing in comparison in 27 years. We already had two nuclear battery powered craft heading out of the solar system by then.

They are still reporting too

The shock waves themselves come from coronal mass ejections, which are clumps of hot gas and energy that are thrown out of the Sun at roughly a million miles an hour. The Voyager spacecraft are now so far away what even at that speed they take a year to be detected.

You are right - NASA reached milestones earlier than chinese agencies - but this does not mean it developed technologies more rapidly or pushed the envelope on space more rapidly. NASA incentive for reaching milestones is a space race. So they threw everything they got just to be first. And they couldnt sustain it like they gave up on further moon explorations or space shuttles.

Chinese could have done chang'e 5 with much more primitive tech - like Soviets did with Luna - if they just wanted to be faster.

It seems to me that chinese space tech is going lock step with chinese economy with no race worries. It is still 5-10 years behind us in my opinion.

As always you are dumber than dumb. Never heard of the terminology "SPACE RACE" ?

Look closely, at the number of failures and frequent missions

US and USSR were competing with each other trying to beat one another that both sides have resulted in fatalities and failures. The pressure on both were extreme that had led to flawed designs in many projects. Things had to be done faster despite malfunctions and setbacks. Both wanted to be like the first doing this or reaching to planet x.

China does not have that kind of pressure and is not in race with any country at all, certainly not with India for the sake of "the first Asian country reaching planet x" didn't you say "who gives a f*ck about India"? China Space program is purely focusing on scientific research right from the beginning just as NASA is after the Space Race has long ended. China's first Mars orbiter was launched in 2011 but due to the rocket failure both the Chinese Orbiter and the Russian Fobos-Grunt spacecraft were eventually lost during the re-entry to Earth. Now 9 years had passed and this time China is sending not only an orbiter but also a lander and a rover. This proofs my point China is not in race. Tianwen-1 is a very ambitious program not even NASA had tried sending these 3 types of modules to Mars in one go. This is a huge step for China trying to explore Mars not only from its orbit but also on the surface with loads of instruments. Do you seriously think China couldn't send some orbiter to Venus, Jupiter by now with what China has accomplished? Now that Tianwen-1 is almost reaching Mars, the priority is the space station being completed in 2022. The Lunar program still have high priority as we intend to explore the South Pole of the Moon, sending Taikonauts and the long term goal setting up a Lunar base. Set of priorities and developing state of the art instruments and space tech are driving China's Space Agency not putting vacuum tubes on cheaply made orbiter and blasting them off to outer space like you guys did.

Now u changed tone and claim it's borrow design before that u keep harping about Shenzhou is mere copy of soyuz even in other thread. Typical American move, flip flopping and never end. :enjoy:
Only to flip back to an earlier bolder lie when they feel like they are not being around people that know and remember their bullshit routine already.

And of course even when forced to admitt talking ignorant and dishonest bullshit before, the concession is never honest, putting the truth in quotationmarks or not actually admitting the truth and using some weasly ambiguous terms that sort of sound like the truth but could still be interepreted in the same wrong or another negative way, then deflect from the whole issue with lies or dishonest generalizations that others "were even more wrong" as if that even if true excuses their disgusting vitrol.

Forget starting the discussion at an obviously more reasonable point, like the simple fact how limited design choices are for a simple spacecraft and reentry vehicle due to natures physics and phsyiscs of the human body and available conventional rocket technology and then going down whats actually really similiar and necessarily inspired in the terms of innovative intellectual property, not the lazy backwards troll route, China bad China theft until proven wrong. These selfabsorbed trolls are really just a waste of oxygen.

Stop kidding yourself. Shenzhou shares far more things with the Soyuz than just basic limits of physics. Are you going to say such things previously mentioned as the space suit design and the fold down flap escape method design are also some limits of physics? Why don't the NASA and SpaceX craft have these?

When are you going to admit China wanted a manned space program and Russia had a nice working safe system that you HIGHLY leveraged to save R&D costs.

Yet some failed to accept Shenzhou can do more and far capable than the 60s Soyuz which bear little changes even in 2021. To some who claim it just a 60s tech just show their pure ignorant.

Saving R&D is not the main concern. Comfort and a safe platform to allow manned mission are the key. That is why Shenzhou is bigger, roomy with 2 independent working module/capsule to ensure backup for any unpredictable incident. China could have even build an exact Soyuz to save even more cost. But we didnt...

American space shuttle is not only costly but a flying coffin with no chance of escape in emergency take off failure. Even if its the world cheapest method to send man to space, China wouldn't even use this concept becos its unsafe.

Innovation without taking account of safety is never an option for CNSA. Only NASA will do it. Becos they believe innovation at expense of human live is worth the breakthru.

I certainly hope so after 35 years. I hope any craft built in 1999 was better than something from 1965.

Extra solar panel of power source for orbiter unlike soyuz. Shenzhou can even act as mini space lab if needed. Far bigger capsule which can even house a raft if landed on sea. Soyuz has no such luxury and no such tech in 60s.

Dont worry, it definitely is more capable and safe unlike bragging US space shuttle. Looks advanced and bigger but no chance of escape when shxt happened.

Soyuz escape after rocket failed. Challenger crew will be saved if they are in soyuz instead of flying coffin space shuttle build and design by american who brag how innovate and advance design of the 90s.

If u ask any sane astronaut in the 2000s whether they will prefer Soyuz/Shenzhou vs US space shuttle to space. They will definitely choose Soyuz/Shenzhou. In fact, Shenzhou is the best as its roomy and more technology better.

It launched far more times than your Shenzhou before the first accident. Every added launch is a potential accident. Just because somebody pulled the trigger once in Russian-roulette and survived doesn't guarantee the same luck in all the subsequent pulls. NASA has pulled the trigger over 165 times with 2 losses while you have done it only 6 times. Hope you are just as lucky.
