LHC to hear treason case against Khadim Rizvi, Fazlur Rehman on Nov 12

Do you believe the appointment of Abu Bakr (RA) as the first Calipha was legitimate? Yes or No?
Do you follow any of the madhabs of fiqh, or you do personally do ijtihad on every aspect of the deen?

Do you consider taqleed haram? Do you consider those who follow a madhab as incorrect? When you learn, do you use a teacher to do so, or do you do it all yourself?

Have you ever met anyone who told you they consider a grave their God?
Have you ever met a Muslim who has said there is another God or an equal to God?
  • If the answer to both of the above is no - how are you calling people grave worshippers and accusing people of shirk?

Are any of the additions you mentioned fard, or even wajib? Do you accept any nafl type ibadat as acceptable? Do you reject the hadith related to bidah hasanah?

You started the intolerance by labelling followers of Alhe sunnah as mushrik. I have not disrespected the deen by throwing the same slander back at my fellow Muslims. The fact is these allegations are unfounded in fact and unfair. You have your way, we have ours. There are centuries worth of academic works providing evidence of one way of thinking or the other, works written by men much greater than you or I in knowledge. You should accept there isn't ijma on the subject and stop your intolerance and slander.

Lip service to respect, and then back to same old habits.

You are right those who are more nearer to time of Prophet(P.B.U.H)have more pure Islamic knowledge than us

Personally, to me it doesn't matter if he follows madhab or not. I accept everyone who fulfills the criteria of Muslim to be Muslim. I am barelvi, i regularly attend jummah at a deobandi masjid, or if i am late i go to the Salafi masjid - it is jummah, it is valid behind them all.

I just don't like how other people cannot afford others the same respect. That is not the case with everyone, just some people. some of my best friends are Salafi, so are my neighbours. Sometimes they will do eid on a different day to us, but even if I am not doing Ied i will great them with Eid mubarak, and they'll do the same the next day. One of my close friends has maternal relatives who are barelvi and paternal relatives who are salafi. If eid is on different days what they do is whoever is fasting, the rest will host iftar for them, even though they consider it eid on that day.

In the UK we muslims have learnt the hard way to accept each other and tolerate the differences.

I know.

Apparently only takfeer is allowed.

If you cant work out what i have written and i have clearly stated about the prophet pbuh and the sahabas then no point talking to you.
There are two kinds of people those that lead and those that need to be lead. I know islam and can easily seperate it from the brelvi brigade and all the other secterian nonsense like wahabis etc etc etc that you speak of.
If you still question after i tell u clearly i follow the quran and the hadith and nothing from these fat jahil foul mouths molvi then you seriously have an understanding issue.

What more does a man need aside from the quran and hadith?

Subject closed with you. Have a good day. May Allah guide us all. I am sure at least you will agree with that

Enjoy

Typical deflection tactics.

You won't answer questions because you know your answers will contradict your pervious statements.

You keep up with your generalisations about ulema (fat, jahil, foul mouthed), and you continue to try to paint Barelvi's as deviants, by attributing ajeeb people like those in the video to the teachings of ahle sunnah (when they are clearly not).

The shoe could go on the other foot too, but I respect my religion, so i won't mock it by mocking the people who abuse it.

1. All of them are fat....can a muslim be fat when there is clear hadith on men staying fighting fit.
2. Jahil....most if not all dont even know the meaning of namaz. If you dont belive me juat try it in your home. I now know u r brelvi. U will see no onw knows. I have been in pakistan 5 years and have yet to meet a person that prays and knows what he prays..islam isnt a green turban fat belly and rolled up trousers.
3. Foul mouthed....come on ...i dont even have to say anything here.

Deny that you dont damce in the musjids.
Deny that you havent addedvto to the ahzan of our prophet pbuh
Deny that yiu dont sing nasheed which the prophet didnt and the shahabas didnt.

You my brother and i say brother because deep down you know exactly what i am saying and you do love Allah are being misled by these gangs that only have personal agenda.

Example. Prophet clear hadith...if your ruler is bad then guide him do not create fitna as that will effect the masses and cause anarchy. Brelvis block ambulances. Stop children from schools. Stop traffic. Throw stones when my prophet sid remove stone from a road if you see it so that it doesnt cause an injury. Do u see the differnce?

You can read and write and research....you will not be able to hide behind these people on the day of judgement for they will leave u. What i have written here will be evidence.

There you go again, are all barelvi responsible for actions of TLP? Did Ahmed Raza Khan teach TLP to block roads? What about when Fazl Ur Rehman does it? Are Deobandi then responsible for it? When ISIS and Al Queda commit terrorism are Salafi responsible? Of course not.

As for meaning of Namaz, do you mean the translation of what we read, or the deeper meaning of why we read namaz? I can tell you that even my small children at masjid are being taught this. You have this bias against barelvi because you must have met some village mullah somewhere, and think we are all like this.

As for your other accusations;

Dancing in Masjids - Are you refering to the sufi raqs? It's done, but not common. I've never seen it done myself, but am aware of it's existence. You can research and see there are sahih hadith to support it. Just because there is not ijma on the issue doesn't make it haram. I have seen videos of people doing stupid stuff though (like the street fighter nonsense you posted). I am not an expert and don't know where these particular lines are crossed, so i prefer to avoid it all together.

I have never heard anything added to the azaan. The azaan is the same as all the other masjids. What are you talking about? Do you mean salawat before/after adhan - that is not an essential component of adhaan and not always performed. Though i noticed it happens a lot in Pakistan at fajr time. Again there is sahih hadith to show this is an acceptable practice.

Why would the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) have sang nasheeds praising himself? He wasn't a vain man. Nasheed are songs or poems, a part of arab culture of the time, they were common amongst the sahaba. The evidence is there. I do agree with you that today the boundaries of acceptable behaviour are being crossed by some people though. You can barely tell between nasheeds and pop music sometimes.

----

You have to be more open minded in your approach to these subjects. For issues where there is some evidence either way, you have a right to disagree and to even teach against it, but the use of terms like mushrik etc - they serve only to create animosity. Only a few days ago we were agreeing that the death sentence cannot be handed out without clear concise unquestionable guilt, yet people are willing to sentence each other to things worse than death without the same clarity.

I do not doubt there are people in our country commit haram acts, even acts of shirk, be it knowingly or unknowingly. It is the responsbility of all educated muslims, in particular scholars of the deen to guide those people and to challenge these fake pirs who entrap people to misguidance.

This cannot be achieved effectively whilst we are accusing each other of kufr. Only Pakistani Muslims (and other muslims of South Asia) have this bemari.
