The Lahore High Court on Friday accepted an application for hearing in which the petitioner has asked for the initiation of treason proceedings against Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi and the chief of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, over charges of issuing anti-state statements and inciting people to violence.

Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, while accepting the petition, filed by Advocate Syed Mohammad on behalf of Shabeerullah, has set the case for hearing on November 12 (Monday).

In his application, the petitioner has argued that Rizvi and Rehman criticised the apex court’s judgement in the Aisa Bibi case, issued anti-state and anti-military statements and incited people to violence and should thus be prosecuted under the law.

Following their statements, the country was held hostage for three days which was tantamount to “making an attempt to suspend the Constitution”, the petitioner has pleaded.

Earlier on Thursday, a sessions court in Lahore had fixed for hearing a petition against police officials for their failure to register a case against Khadim Rizvi, Tehreek-i-Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLYRA) head Ashraf Jalali and others for threatening the top judiciary and inciting the armed forces to stage a mutiny in the aftermath of Aasia Bibi's acquittal.

Filed by citizen Abdullah Malik, the petition stated that the station house officer (SHO) of Civil Lines police station in Lahore had failed to file a first information report (FIR) against the aforementioned individuals.

"The local police is reluctant to take action against the accused [due to] their presence in the ruling class and having direct contacts with the police and others," the petitioner had said.

A copy of the application to lodge an FIR, dated November 1 and addressed to the Civil Lines SHO, notes that TLP leaders had threatened the judges of the Supreme Court, passed an edict to murder the country's Constitutional prime minister and incited their party workers to spark riots.

The petitioner has asked the court to pass orders to ensure legal action is taken against TLP leaders as well as police officials if the latter are reluctant to register a criminal case against the former.

Additional Sessions Judge Mohammad Ahmed Khan Kharal accepted the petition today and directed Civil Lines SHO to furnish his report on November 14.

All of the minor differences can be resolved by dialogue. We need international Islamic scholars to visit Pakistan. We need annual conference on Islamic issues (Jali peers, Amil, shirk, bidats, Ghustaq e Nabi) in Pakistan. We have a large population which is ignorant when it comes to Islam and our Jahil molvis are the reason for it. We need to educate the masses and this can be done providing proper Islamic education. A free proper Islamic Channel to provide Islamic Education based on Sunni Islam. I suggest using books/references from Sunni Hanafi Arab/Turkish scholars to avoid Barelvis and Deobandi conflict.
Also by introducing laws to eliminate Jali molvis (like Molana Azad Jameel) and any molvi who spread hatred against other sects or religons, jali peers, Jali amil, etc.

1. Anyone who associates partners with Allah SWT is mushrick. As did rizwi. If ik dif then he too is. rizwi is spreading his own version of Islam. He is na ouzibillah saying that that the sahabas may Allah SWT be pleased with them used to drink the urine and eat the faeces of the prophet saw. He is also using such filthy language and attributing to Allah SWT. And yet people are blindly following him. Another sign of the dajaal . So you want to talk about the christian woman (able kitaab) while she qas doing her clothes washing amongst other women of her village she drank water using a cup which the other women were using. After which an arrgumar ensued . The women alleged that she committed blastphbl. Later a number big men went to her house kicked the hell out of her. Raped her and they also alleged she admitted to them she committed blasphemy.
Before I continue everyone knows the sensitivity in pakistan when it comes to blasphemy. Everyone is also afraid of the molvis who do not know the correct ruling on blasphemy in fique or sharia law. Firstly were there four witnesses who heard this blasphemy with there own ears. Not hearsay. Secondly how honest and credible are these witnesses. Meaning these are not Muslims at the time of nabi saw whose word was there bond and deemed to be truthful these are so called modern Muslims. Thirdly if you follow the examples of the prophet saw and the Sahi hadees you will find a multitude of examples of forgiveness and hidayt .
That christian lady for eight years has professed her innocence. Yet the court's were so fearfull of the molvis that they neglected to do their duty according to Qur'an and sunnah and following the Sahi hadees.
Finally Islam is a religion of truth,tolerance and justness.forgiveness is part of Islam portray the true image of Islam and then the non believers will want to learn more. But the molvis don't want to loose their monopoly on religion..
Instead of having blind faith in the molvis that treat you as fodder . Open up the books and learn for yourself the truth .

You cannot claim to be Islamic scholar after reading few books those ulema who have 70 yrs age and passed whole life only in reading and learning Islam can only decide about the true meaning of right or wrong .Holy Prophet( P.B.U.H) lived 63 yrs and Khilafat continued for approx 30 yrs so it takes atleast 40 yrs dedicated only all time of life to learning and reading Islamic books to have indepth knowledge of Islam so not falsely claim to be Islamic scholar only ulema know better meaning of such ambiguous events which khadim rizvi told and from apparent listening any words without knowledge of context you cannot decide other kafir it is job of ulema only otherwise Hazrat Usman R.A burned Copy of Quran but people killed him without verification that it contained wrong text and khwarij used to call Hazrat Ali R.A as kafir due to lack of knowledge so donot give fatwa when you have no indepth knowledge first consult from ulema who know better than you about Islam otherwise you fall in same category
