The same Hadith is found in Bukhari with a slightly different wording but the same meaning as above.

"Many a community ruined itself in the past as they only punished the poor and ignored the offences of the exalted. By Allah, if Muhammad's (My) daughter Faatimah would have committed theft, her hand would have been severed." [Al-Bukhari]

If Nawaz Shareef is genuinely ill and might even die, then pti and establishment havent got a choice but to bail him. The reason is the opposition will make him a martyr and our public will get emotional and we all know where that will end up, the same goes with Zardari. They both should be allowed to be treated in Pakistan rather than leave the country.

However if a deal has been struck, then its definitely done by the army/establishment. Just like it was done in 1999. It would be a treacherous act. I can understand some people and even I mentioned before 20Billion would be alot but then the parties should be banned for corruption and all of their main leaders and family banned and jailed, how can they be allowed to exist when their leaders are in jail and done a deal to pay the money back.
With the deal we can expect a PML N government, PPP government soon.

Remember guys this has happened before in 1999, the same happened when General zia kicked out Bhutto. All the excitement about a war against corruption. I now think it's a game to make the younger generation happy

There are different laws for elites in this country. In fact there are no laws for these scums, laws are only for poors to follow and obey. There are so many ill prisoners, shouldnt this leeway apply towards them too?

People have been ranting about Punjab police reform and cursing Khan for not taking action, however, what about
judicial reform? Why nobody talk about judicial reform ever? Khan doesnt possesses power to do it, because PML-N and PPP are the ones with all the power of this rotten system.

Until and unless, judicial reform occurs and some kind of jury trial system has been introduced in Pakistan, such decision will keep on coming. These crooks judges need to be answerable to somebody.

That said, on the other side of the coin, this was bound to happen, because Nawaz will flee away based on medical ground and will return looted money.

Who made these laws and how can current govt change it?

I see only one solution Islamic Sharia Law otherwise this public will keep suffering and judges will be for sale

Under the Islamic sharia law it will be the same. Cutting the hands of the poor thiefs whilst the rich gets away. The people are the problem not the system, the western world has less corruption but they are not run by sharia law. China has no sharia law.

Also by law Pakistan is supposed to be governed by the Sharia law, the issue is we have corruption at a very high level, and like I mentioned before, it will be used against the poor not the rich. We need a leader who will make the institutes independent and take a stand against corruption, then once we get stronger then we can gradually implement more Islamic sharia punishments and law. The sharia law also gives right to women, children, animals, non muslims but nobody mentions that part.

Imran Khan needs to take a strong action against Nawaz and Zardari and make a rule in Pakistan that no corruption will be tolerated. Make a example, then give a danda to the judiciary and make sure high level corruption cases are dealt with a faster time and punishment and fines should be given. Only this will bring down the corruption.

Just think about this, how many elite and corrupt mafia familes, waderas do we have in Pakistan. Just call it 10,000 out of 220Million people. A paak and saaf Riyasat e Madina government can clean these people. To clean 220Million people is not feasible but believe me 10,000 people is possible, but this will not happen anytime soon because just like we on PDF have disagreements and are from different parties but still stick together to make PDF work. The same way all elites, establishments stick together, even meet each other for cup of tea. They also eat from the same pot hint hint
