LHC allows Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for 4 weeks - Sharif brothers submitted Affidavits in Court

IK has now only two choices: He can endeavor to deliver, whatever he can, by getting along with the Establishment and making necessary compromises, where so required by them OR may revolt and go into political oblivion; since he doesn't possess the necessary power to confront the Establishment of Pakistan. As simple as that.

PMIK remains a useful figurehead, without a doubt.

.
Are we heading to lift the janaaza of this system?

Not at all. This existing system, fundamentally being driven by the Establishment, is being reinforced. Establishment is perpetual; IK is temporary.

Anything unexpected people?
1 Pakistani Society ( 80 % of all population ) itself is corrupt to its core, everyone is involved in a little bit of corruption according to their situation or limit.
I know the system is wrong but people who were brought up in this system will simply say there is no other way.
2 No True leaders, Pakistan lacks little heroes of its society who take up the charge and willing to fight against corruption or injustice obviously you will find someone in a country of 200 Million but not that you can actually support them for a change.
3 Pakistani society itself is not ready for change. Hence the politicians are not ready for change. People elect politicians and even with knowing everything people still support corrupt in their home towns as that will benefit them.
4 As Quran says people will get the leader they deserve, Nawaz and Zardari Gang are perfect for Pakistan.

5 Imran Khan has down quite few work but majority of its party is still part of the old system so what you think will really happen ?.
Imran Khan had the option to support everyone new and win few seats or select old and get the Gov somehow? the results are expected.

Disband these all MF courts.. Hang these bloody judges in public.. These bastards are only serving to protect rich peoples of pakistan.. Punishment only for poors.. These bastards are too ugly and smelly.. Today is holiday and these bloody smelly bastards opened court just only to help a convicted & criminal landlord to travel abroad..

Don't over abuse them. They did it, on the behest of the Establishment.

he has executive powers in the country need i remind you that doctor.

the man can use this to his advantage if he has the will for it.

the post of prime minister of Pakistan is not a figurehead.

its simply a matter of having little understanding of the tool by its user.

.
Shahbaz Sharif is the Guarantor who himself isn't proven innocent in corruption cases against him; if I am not wrong. Can anyone like him become a guarantor of a criminal?

The finely tuned system always delivers the results it is designed to achieve.

If such is the trend to walk free after blaming others; nobody should be complaining here as what happened. Right?

I am quite sure that PMIK is smart enough to realize his precise authority in the system.

That may only be witnessed when parliament churns out legislations for the actual problems facing Pakistan.

The approval ratings have taken a hit for the prime minister as he battles to keep his own team in control as day to day affairs of the country grind to a halt owing to economic crisis brought upon by IMF hitman.

.
There are more than a few aspacts to look at this situation.

For sure, there are two sets of implementation of the same Law. One for the ordinary and another for the influential.

The way LHC implemented its order by making it interm, is to render Government unable to appeal against it.

The way an influential Convict was facilitated against an executive decision by mediating between the Convict and GOP, instead of deciding on merit of bing legal or illegal...

Facilitation for Sharif family by Lahore High Court repeatedly in taking up no less than 6 petition on the same day in the last few weeks and months is startling...the way Hamza Shahbaz was given relief from arrest on saturday by a judge sitting at home on weekend is just such an example...that whenever Sharif family files a petition is expedited and heard on the same day and even over weekends...it all reeks of what else but favouritism for the filthy rich and influential Sharifs.

Now with this decision of allowing Nawaz name be removed from ECL goes against the law yet again for an influential convict...the courts stand responsible for letting go of criminals now and whatever Nawaz decides to do in the future.

Now with his main political rival effectively neutralized, I am hopeful that PMIK can divert his full attention to other pressing matters as you describe them.

Another one of PM Imran Khan's broken promises to peresecute whoever don't agree with his dilly-dally thinking.

PM Imran Khan = Failure
Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf = Baqwas

Nonetheless, we must support PMIK for the full duration of his term.

.
It was the Establishment, which fundamentally acted against the political criminals, through courts. Now, it is again the same Establishment, which is providing them some relief. So, the matter stands between these two parties and we are mere spectators and commentators.

.
why would PPP, MQM and other provincial parties support it then?

one can make however say its preferential treatment given to the only man selected 3 time prime minister and whose government made Pakistan nuclear power and the only man to have had 2 3rd majority in the parliament.

one can however argue that this is injustice in strict moral and legal terms.
True...he shouldnt have been convicted than..it weakens the legal system

He only got 2/3rd majority because KPK voted for him..that was a bitter experience(food shortage wheat ban) and probably wont happen again

Nuclear power credit goes to everyone including bhuttl family zia ul haq and nawaz shrif..infact one can argue it doesnt as bomb was ready by late 1980s

There is no reason to believe that he is incapable of doing that.

All this judicial awareness reminded me about those judicial reforms which both judiciary and the government was touting many moons ago.

I wonder if the Prime Minister can revisit that and be progressive about running the affairs of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The talk of establishment is however just fruitloops
