I don't wish anyone to face any case in any Court or have such hurdles but how many of Pakistanis can have remedy by filing such kind of Undertaking... (received inbox) and as far as I know, it has be on legal paper having Court Stamp of relevant value and properly submitted. If this is not the draft hand written copy and the same is the document exactly submitted before the Court then its time to have such relief for everyone. To me it appears to be draft without sign and undertaking submitted before Court is different.

On topic: What is all the fuss about? isn't government at liberty to go in appeal on higher forum against decision of LHC?

Fuss is why cant we get justice in simple go. Even blind can see whats happening.

Nawaz narrative wasn't about to seek remedy from corrupt cases under sickness or you aren't telling something? Political narrative has nothing to do with this Decision by the Court nor Order acquitted him of any charges/cases instead allowed him for medical treatment on humanitarian grounds.

But its against common sense...
Thus historically it will add to long list of shameful decisions...

I am sure everyone else will be denied the same privilege..and remember this will be the first time a convicted prisoner who has exhuasted all apeals is allowed to leave

Medically he has no condition that needs out of pakistan treatment i can say that with surety...

That is a fact except that none of Mod(s) can go through every single thread/post over the Forum and you can understand that too. However, enough remedy been given merely by removing unwanted posts but seems like it has been taken for granted and there are concerns by the members as well. Your question is right about justice but there are ways to reach higher forum in grievance to LHC Order as such. So why not to file an appeal and let it go like this? Let's keep our personal findings, judgement or analysis aside; how can you prove the decision wasn't right without going into appeal against the same? Internet can't prove nor will be taken as source. That is the reason why Nawaz Sharif was sentenced to prison because, most of the PMLN newbies were fighting the case over Internet through Social Media and couldn't prove a single point before the Court.

Law of the Court doesn't work or believe into common sense rather, accepts evidences & proofs. PTI Government needs to go into appeal and prove the decision as such as wrong by any means or otherwise, I am convinced what really happened that I know.
