@ziaulislam that will be interesting then. A plain & simple paper does not worth before the Court of Law that too without acknowledging about the end result in-case any party fails to fulfill exemption/condonation in light of interim Orders.

Why did Islamabad High courts first allowed a CONVICT to get treatment even from abroad against the law of the land when his name was also on ECL?

Bottom line, it's a political face saving to Sharifs given by Judiciary, first USB High Court and now LHC, by going against GOP to facilitate an influential Convict, in reply to the smart executive move by GOP.

Why did Islamabad High court and then Lahore High court step in to facilitate convicted criminal Sharifs instead of supporting GOP?

Why did the court interfere in Executive working on the request of a CONVICTED CRIMINAL?

The answer to these questions are alarming for the future of Pakistan.

Let's be absolutely clear;

The Judiciary of Pakistan with Establishment has just trampled the saying of the Prophet Mohammad SAW meaning; people got destroyed where poor were punished and rich were let go.

We are expecting Pakistan to succeed by mocking and going against the saying of Mohammad SAW???

I see nothing but Chaos until IK, the reluctant PM being made just a figure head, gets sidelined as soon as Pakistan gets economic breathing space or assurances for it, lol.

As I posted on thread, IK looks like Sarfaraz from a year back...just one wrong move if not an excuse away from being sidelined.

Your question is right about justice but there are ways to reach higher forum in grievance to LHC Order as such. So why not to file an appeal and let it go like this? Let's keep our personal findings, judgement or analysis aside; how can you prove the decision wasn't right without going into appeal against the same? Internet can't prove nor will be taken as source. That is the reason why Nawaz Sharif was sentenced to prison because, most of the PMLN newbies were fighting the case over Internet through Social Media and couldn't prove a single point before the Court.

Its about bad precedence ...poor decisions by any courts is bad..decision that arent even explained ...why is that suoreme court even got upset on some of lahore high court decision

PTI says they ain't challenging which means there is a way to do so but PTI is not going into Appeal. Furthermore, any party can reach higher forum for revision of interim orders if I am not wrong, therefore, PTI decision is by choice not by the legal bounding.

If its a interm case you cant challenge it(i.e if the case is still pending) its kind of stay order...if this is true than indeed PTI cant appeal

Every decision can be appeal on SC from lower court but that is not the point. Why its always lahore court and why cant same decision given to common people. Yaad agaya kuch video judge leak by maryam herself.

Cases of Mian League are in Punjab hence always LHC,Govt can file an Application into for reconstituting LHC bench hearing these cases or even can ask for a fresh bench citing partiality but they won't do that.

If yes
Most of jails will become empty of rich people or anyone who has/can afford a foreign visa
If No
Thab where is the justice

why would PPP, MQM and other provincial parties support it then?

one can make however say its preferential treatment given to the only man selected 3 time prime minister and whose government made Pakistan nuclear power and the only man to have had 2 3rd majority in the parliament.

one can however argue that this is injustice in strict moral and legal terms.

IK has now only two choices: He can endeavor to deliver, whatever he can, by getting along with the Establishment and making necessary compromises, where so required by them OR may revolt and go into political oblivion; since he doesn't possess the necessary power to confront the Establishment of Pakistan. As simple as that.
