Sir with due respect i still didnt understand what`s your point. Kirti azad tweets and speaks contents of wikileaks4india on arun jaitely. Which i have already gave you proof that wikileaks4india is fake. Secondly, kirti azad can claim many things, infact anyone can blame anything on any person thats not proof. And if Kirti Azad really have any proofs , shouldn't he file case against arun jaitley independently like subramaniam swamy?

Wikileaks is a fake or not is not an issue here.
The issue is the charges, which is the crux of the matter.
Kirti Azad is against corruption, so was his father.

But the prima facie case stands here due to not one but 52 charges.
Out of which 5 are deadly against DDCA (then) President AJ...Like paying 16 K for renting a laptop & more.
And that also from a person who belongs to the same stock of people = BJP
Hence he is more credible.
On filing a case by Kirti:
Not everybody has time and money to end up with litigation that languish for 2 decades.
That does not mean that AJ is innocent.

Just think:

If it were an election issue, I would have understood. But BJP boss telling him not to come with disclosure against AJ = putting a lid on it = suppressing facts on corruption = behaving like Congress.

I clarified itself in the first place that its BJP vs BJP thats why Amit Shah being a party leader wanted to stop this quarrelling. But going by your posts it seems you are nothing but a BJP hater, so whatever I'll say wont matter to you. I would have supported you if you had criticised Modi for WTO deal, but saying why MODI is "khamosh" on allegations made by AAP is nothing but amateurish. Sir, behind the walls of internet anyone can become anything, so lets not go into that. Regarding me being a Modi toady, well i am a common normal apolitical Indian. I and people like me question where it is necessary, not when it is going to give brownie points to other parties. I questioned when Modi remained silent on Dadri incident and now on WTO, and why he don't sack sakshi maharaj and people like him. But saying why Modi didn't speak on claims from Kejriwal is just baseless. I don't know where from you are, but every Delhites here is asking Kejriwal on his Secretary. Any normal person can see Mr. kejriwal, who was noted for being anti-corrupt is trying to divert attention from secretary case to DDCA.

How can one divert the attention when the matter got started by CBI's raid which targeted CMO. And it is there, that the revelation of DDCA came from Kejriwal, because this was the motive of the raid, to seize files pertaining to DDCA.

Was CMO raided or not?

New Delhi, Dec.20 (ANI): The Delhi Government on Sunday alleged that the CBI officials are trying to cover the financial irregularities in DDCA under the helm of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley adding that the officials are threatening Principal Secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Rajendra Kumar and asking him to reveal the names of DDCA (Delhi and District Cricket Association) officials who met Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

"They are threatening him to reveal information regarding meeting of DDCA officials. They are putting metal pressure on him to reveal the names of DDCA officials who gave the information.

If they are trying to threaten the principal secretary inorder to hide the corruption under DDCA, than Delhi Government will not accept this," Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia told a press conference here.

"Whatever is being asked by the CBI to Rajendra Kumar, it is clear that Arvind Kejriwal was the target and not Rajendra Kumar. The DDCA files which was kept in the office of Chief Minister had note in which it was written that Arun Jaitley had a talk with the DDCA officials. The CBI officials are constantly asking Rajendra Kumar that who gave him that note," Sisodia added.

Rajendra Kumar who has been accused for criminal conspiracy and has a case registered against is being questioned by the CBI.

He has been accused of setting up various companies to give work contracts without tenders which has been a huge loss to the Delhi government.

Kumar has been booked under Sections of IPC on charges of criminal conspiracy and under various Sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act for allegedly favouring a private company in five contracts worth 9.5 crore rupees during 2007 to 2014.

The CBI carried out searches at 14 places connected with Kumar in the national capital, including his residence, and various locations in Uttar Pradesh.

The Delhi Government has accused Arun Jaitley of indulging in financial irregularities while he was at the helm of the Delhi Cricket Board (DDCA). The party also exhorted Prime Minister Narendra Modi to sack Jaitley from the union cabinet.

Hitting back Jaitley had said that Arvind Kejriwal, seems to believe in untruth and defamation, delivered in a language that borders on hysteria. (ANI)

Sir, please tell your sources, from where you came to the conclusion that CBI was looking for DDCA files or raided CMO? the only people who claimed that is from AAP. I am not here to save anybody`s ***, saving Modi or blaming Kejriwal ain't going to gt me any money or a lucrative job. What i felt i said, what i saw i said, and anyone who don't have political alliance with any party will say the same.

Did Kejriwal received a complaint about this official from Transparency International? If kejriwal is bragging about dismissing a sitting minister from his cabinet over a recorded phone conversation why didn't he fired this after he received a complaint from Transparency International?
