Khuwaja SAAD Rafique Deseated 'RESULTS NULLIFIED'

No offence but @Leader i just find your "Khuwaja Saad Rafique also joining PTI" in similar thread :P

Yup, I did like the guy, and I always wanted him to join PTI before elections, as it would dent Pmln alot.

Good to know that you wished him and his family a healthy and long life!

Oh right! Seems you and only you own the rights on using figure of speech. So what you're saying is when you say something you deem as metaphor is justified metaphor but when others say something they deem as metaphor is actually more a simile and less a metaphor!

I would happily take that slap on my face if I really discriminated a women and I mean it. I don't know why you're in mood to go personal.

learn the difference..

anyways, I dont know where you are coming from or want to take this.. so I will just leave it here.. Peace.

He has not been disqualified, but rather citing the irregularities done by the returning officers. Had he been found guilty of rigging, the win would have been granted to hamid khan. The tribunals failed to identify any evidence of rigging. The legal basis of the decision are very weak and decision will very likely be reverted if appealed in SCP. However, I personally think that instead of challanging, Khawaja Saad should go to re-polls for establishing the credentials.

Mango.

Election Tribunal concluded that mismanagement (or whatever) was done in 7 polling stations. Now how hard is it to figure out what happened in those 7 polling stations? We know who were the Returning Officers and Presiding Officers in those polling stations. Put them in line, and put some chilly sauce in their arse hole. They will speak up.

We need to figure out why they did that rigging, on whose orders? Is it too hard to do?

my mood right now :D

@Jazzbot If PTI is serious, they should not put their money on Hamid khan once again and instead choose someone young who can campaign aggressively. Bava hamid was no where to bee seen one week before 2013 elections. It was fanboys of PTI who were "Apni madad app kay tehat" were doing election campaigning.

Agree on that.

Also after massive set back in cantonment board elections, PTI will look serious about awarding ticket to rightful candidate. PTI lost seats in Lahore and Pindi due to poor ticket allotment.

I know the difference! My Urdu professor was one genius. Anyway, don't bother.

Lowlife and genetic make up was totally uncalled for. I am off too, peace!

He was a pawn in N league's game anyway. First to fall.....good.

What a wonderful news that is. Dead PTI party will take a new stand from now onwards. There is high potential to cash the benefit of this news if PTI is capable enough to play smart. I would love to see PTI taking some support once again but lets see how PTI reacts. Hope they will not stand for another anarchy march and waste everybody's time

My friend and fellow democrat, only and ONLY through that anarchy we find ourselves achieving deserved justice after a 2 year battle...but this should've been done 2 years before! a year for PTI was wasted when they seeked out every major law institution in seeking justice which didn't bear fruit at all and then you saw PTI taking it to the streets and demanding old school street justice! another year being put into that helped tremendously in building up the Judicial commission and putting local govt.institutions off govt. pressure enough to tear out the truth!..in other words without that dharna, nothing would've come out or bear fruit!

The rona-dhona policy fathered by PPP is now happily inherited by PTI.

Everything takes time, the problem of our every election has been that if you win, its fair, if you lose its dhandhli. If the election tribunal would have given a decision 2 years ago it would also have been unfair since the PML-N donkeys would come out crying that the election tribunal did not listen to their mourns.

Even IF PML-N supporters come out shouting dhandli dhandli their requests should be fullfilled and decided by the tribunal or court..thing is Truth always prevails if its seeked through justified means! See in NA-246 By-election truth prevailed one way or the other, PTI accepted MQM's mandate in that constituency after the by-election was held properly no dhandli cries were heard from PTI's side...all parties accepted the final result... no electoral rigging reports came out in the media during the voting process unlike the general elections of 2013 where reports of rigging were swarming the whole media!

This time every ranger was in every single voting booth overseeing the process which is how it should be idone! if the electoral process is conducted in a proper manner, i doubt there'll be any outcries of any sort of rigging... sometimes ronadhona is what democracy needs to flourish when some powerful force or forces try to ambush it or try to stop it from progressing..

The reason PTI had to accept the results for NA 246 is that it was just a by-election being closely monitored by every individual and since 2 years PTI has already cried so much that it does not even look funny any more when they come out criticising and opposing everything and everybody except few minor subjects which also interests the army. PTI had open-heartedly accepted the elections results in 2013, this story of maligning the whole election took place after an year in power. PTI did raise concerns from time to time but the upside down in PTI policy only came when Khalifa Imran Khan announced himself the Prime Minister of Pakistan and was giving the policy sitting top of containers and destroying billions of rupees of national economy to make his dream come true.
