Khilafah in simple words

If banks become partners in a business, will they bare the brunt of losses as well as profits? If not then it is not a partnership is it?

2- Banks will become partners in business and take share in profit and also bear the loss

By that logic is allright to impose "Jizya Type" taxes to muslims living in Non-Muslim Countries. Would you stand by that?

If they don't want the Muslims in their army which is not the case as we are bombarded with "loyal" muslim soldiers in British and American media

It depends on the state policy of any country. As we know in many non-muslim countries Muslims are demanding for seperate laws for them. In that case isnt wise to impose a "jizya" on muslims in non-muslim countries.

Regarding the Jizya. Do the non-muslims have a choice in terms of Jizya in the khilafat system? Like if they deny paying Jizya what would happen to them?

So if my property loses half its value, I only have to pay back half the loan amount?

Buddy, can you give me a loan pls?!

Seriously, that's unworkable on so many levels. There are thousands of Islamic mortgages in the world today but no one has managed to make it work on an equal risk basis. Banks cannot risk other people's savings like that.

It's good to dream but when an organisation as old as ht asks for public support , they need to have clear and definitive policies in place that people can analyse.

On 16 June 1911, Caliph Sultan Mehmed V and his retinue arrived in Kosova from Pristina, and in the large open space where the tomb of Sultan Murad Hudavendigar is situated, they performed the Friday Prayers, a congregation of two hundred thousand. It was an unforgettable and nostalgic occasion.

US, britain and India have no problem with muslims in their armies. So its a hypothetical question. If they don't trust the muslims, then they can impose a charge (call it jizya) just like paying for security of your neighborhood to a private security company.

If non-muslims don't pay jizya just like not paying your ordinary income tax, they are legally prosecuted

All these countries you have quoted are democratic countries. If the people of those countries really wants to implement a policy, they can easily legislate it, just like Khilafat has its predefined sets of rules. So its not a hypothetical question, this is something that could be a reality in the future.

For not paying Jizya if they are going to be prosecuted, then this system is imposing something unfair on non-muslims. Where is the equality of people in such a system. Just because they have a different belief system how can they be treated differently.

Interesting question Socrates. Simply put, Khilafah is an ideological state. He who believes in the ideology is trusted to serve in the army to protect it. just like the communist govt in russia, only dedicated communists rose in politics and army. These are safeguards to protect the system. It does'nt mean that the non-muslims are mistreated. Please see the youtube link that I have given on the treatment of non-muslims as Millets in Ottoman Turkey.

Thanks for the clarification. So i infer that Khilafat system is ideally suited for Muslims. In such a scenario it is best suited for Muslims to stick with Muslim nations and non-muslim to stick with non-muslim nations. Whats you take on that?

The ideological state and non-ideological is not compatible with each other. Let both entities not bother each other, let both of them stick to their own rules and be peaceful.

Though i am foreseeing lots of demographic changes in the future. Already in Europe and North America they have started devising strategic plans.
