Yes Very........ Probably (i am not sure) the only place where you have Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva temple nearby.....so you have all the gods of Srishti, Sthithi and samharam on one place.....

NO.... That is the reason why Thirunavaya is famous for "Sesha Kriya"

The place where you do sesha kriya (banks of barathapuzha) They have a Vishnu temple.... and on the other side of the river you have Brahma and Shiva temple next to each other.... You can see all the 3 temples from the place you do the kriya...
