General perceptions only, judging from my personal interactions with various types of people from these countries:
India: A terrorist exporting, extremist, troublesome neighbor we are unfortunately stuck with.
China: A potential market to invest in (you can say they are a friend, but the we are smart. Mutual interests, mutual benefits).
The United States: A backstabbing country we must put up with for now.
The United Kingdom: They need to be democratic!
Russia: An interesting country. We’ll be observing them closely.
Saudi Arabia: We need military support and labour force (and people to torment). Send Bakistanis here!
UAE: We won’t forgive Bakistan for not helping us in Yemen!
Qatar: WHO WANTS A LETTER!!!!!!!
Israel: Not a concern for us right now.
Turkey: Jinnah was great. It’s a shame Pakistan isn’t secular anymore. We’ll support y’all in your war against extremism.
Cuba (now): zzzzzzz- what? Who?
Cuba (2005–2007): There’s a country in Asia, and it’s experiencing a
flood. We must help! It could also prove to be the start of
good diplomatic relations!
Iran: Just another Saudi/American sidekick. It’s a shame that such a course has been adopted by a fellow Islamic Republic.
Afghanistan: Pakistan is responsible for everything that happened. We do not forget. We do not forgive. We do not accept the Durand Line. Just wait until- erm, terrorism goes away.
Egypt: Pakistan can prove to be a great ally. Like us, they have domestic problems to handle right now, but we can see a close partnership in the future.
Libya (during Gaddafi’s rule): Everything Bhutto is good. Everything otherwise is bad.
Libya (now): Huh? (And here I do not blame them, they simply have problems of their own)
Palestine (Fatah): Pakistan is an important ally who has stood by us for many years.
Palestine (Hamas): Just let us know if you want to send money for the “holy cause”.
ISIL: Infidels must die!
Bangladesh: Pakistan must stop supporting those who participated in the genocide. Otherwise, good relations are welcome.
Switzerland: Hmm. If companies like Unilever say Pakistan is good for business, we believe them.
North Korea: What the **** is a Pakistan? Does it taste good? Does our Supreme Leader like him?
Let me know if I am wrong somewhere.
