The low birth rate in China due to the urbanization,the low birth rate of Beijing,Shanghai and other large cities can't changed in even 50 years,because many reasons,I think you don't understand the economic with the birth rate issue here. ,this is actually a global issue,if we look at Malaysia and Singapore,the Chinese actually have the lowest birth rate among all the ethnic groupsTendency to reduce the number of Chinese can be changed for 1-2 generations, if such a need appear. Recently, there were almost no Chinese in Xinjiang, now they are becoming majority. And it is normal fact.
