That's not true, slavery was legal thoughout Islamic history, it was banned only when Europeans pressurized middle Eastern countries to Ban. It was legal even in India during Muslim dynasties. The first Sultan of Delhi Qutubuddin Aibak was too slave of Muhammad Ghori who won his independence, later his dynasty was named slave dynasty.

Sir slavery was banned 1400 years ago in fact it existed in most of Euorpe in early 20th century and to some extent in USA till 1960s until the famous Martin Luther rose and ended the suffering if African Americans or black people
