The might is right philosophy is indeed a dangerous one. but unfortunately the Hindus of India, don't want to give the Kashmiri's the right of self-determination.

We answer shall them in the same manner. With "might" also, then they will start to behave and listen that solving our problems with just and moral principles is the way to go.

Do you give each and every state of Pakistan the right of self determination. As all Indian leaders have stated time and again 'KASHMIR is and will be an integral part of india'. Dont bring the hindus of india BS in between, indian states are not divided on the basis of religion.

Nice try funny boy, but Kashmir is disputed territory, not Sindh province of Pakistan. stop listening to your biased meda, and go do independent research.

You will start to realize that India went agianst what Nehru said about the Kashmiris. The India is being a hypocritical country.

lol, you want nuclear war? since that is what you Hindus are talking about use all your might?

If Pakistan uses all her might, we might destroy Hindu civilization.

Muslim will still survive. So who is the loser. Sure Pakistan will be destroyed in the process as India launches Nukes back, but hey, stupid Hindus are thinking "might is right", so may as well give the Hindus a bloody nose at the least.

To show them that we believe in just and moral principles.

Otherwise Pakistan make India go into hellstorm with nukes!!

Give the Kashmiris their rights, or prepare for some fun after the US withdrawal in Afghanistan.

Just like what Mr, Hamid Gul we Muslims are not afraid to die. We fear Allah, not death.

Pakistan can make the region an INFERNO.

Brace yourselves!

Pakistan is making Nuclear weapons at Astronomical rates.

So lets do the right thing, let the Kashmiris decide what they want. Its all very simple isn't it?

So India doesn't have to be nuked. Am I right?

@RazPaK and @JonAsad

If you guys really believe that what your army did was actually right and kalia's father need not to create the drama, will you ask your army to proudly accept what they actually did to Kalia since nothing was wrong in it??

Its not India that has approached the UN.. Its an individual..

Indian government is not interested, because gov knows facts better than ordinary people. Your government is of sure that this drama could not prevail and earn them anything, so they are keeping quite. The answer to this thread lies in your own response; let the individual to seek for justice.

Wrong.

UN will refer the case to International criminal court and both India and pak are not signatory of ICC in which pak can deny to take part in any trial. So no use of taking issue to UN.

Its just a father's heart which is crying.

Fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters; they live on both sides of the border.

You have the equal right to complain if indian army mutilate your soldiers, take away their eyes, cut out their ear, nose and private parts.

There is some code of conduct for army as well to behave with prisoners. Just because the prisoner is Indian doesn't allow pakistanis to turn into monsters and break all records of inhumanity.

Tell me, a soldier doing a routine patroling on border deserve such treatment??

why you send your son in army if you don't like to lose him?:P

Imran ji , Its NOT about loosing a Son for the soil ,
Its the way oyr Jawans were treated after taken hostage!!!

Read this - " Chopped off their private parts , gauged their eyes out , burn them with cigarettes , burning their ear drum with hot metal spikes , and broken tooth and bones" alll done by PA.
Any comments on this???

Well as IK pointed out India is the last nation on earth to cry foul about human rights violations.

And since when did IK became the judge who issue certificates on Human Rights Violations of Countries , sir?

many many many times you guys did it only this image is enough slap
sipahi+maqbool+hussain.jpg

At least this guy still has his eyes, nose, ears, and is still alive, unlike the Indian soldier who was killed and his body mutilated

Such things are inhuman but still happens in wars/battles/skirmishes, and you have to swallow the bitter pill that such individual are on both sides. None of the nation in this world consists only of either angels or bad guys. So is the truth for India and Pakistan.

For any wrongdoing one can't claim that it is only from other side of the border. When we all started to realize and understand the root causes then the peace and prosperity will started to prevail. That is my opinion and understanding.

Condemn-able action (if true). But lets be fair here, as bad as this is (again if true), Muslims who were citizens of a secular state were murdered/ raped en masse in heart of Gujrat, perpetrators were provided logistic support by sitting Government and went scot-free. The instigator is now touted to become the next PM. Media is showering Modi with high accolades on his administrative acumen (where that acumen went while riots were on?). Worse it justifies the whole bloody ordeal by linking it to that train incident thus justifying collective punishment.

Whats far worse is the Indian community (which is active on e-world atleast) where most are boosting about the fact 'seedha kar dia muslon ko' etc even the most open minded Indians dance around the issue without condemning it by lame philosophical arguments like this had to happen, society was under too much pressure even to the extent that Gujrat incident was good now that the 'steam' is out of pressure cooker every one is nice and easy (and these are the educated ones!).

After all this you want us to condemn the incident of soldiers being killed in battlefield with no strings attached? I condemn the torture on principle but you people should not be so hypocritical when it comes to your turf.

This vid pretty much sums up why this is a futile pursuit of justice:

Kargil martyr forgotten? A father's fight for justice Video: NDTV.com

-The Pakistan Army spokesmen reuses point-blank to accept such things even happened but offers no logical conclusion as to how such terrible things happened to the patrol or why it was PA troops that handed over the bodies.
-Pakistan has a habit of denying and lieing in the face of overwhelming evidence so there is almost 0 chance any legal moves will have any bearing on them.
-There is not one single international body that would be in charge of such a case.

But I like Ajai Shukla's point that the IA brought justice to these men because they took the fight to those responsible for these heinous crimes and gave them a bloody nose and defeat.
