Waisay I don't believe IK will allow noora to leave the country without plea bargain.. but if he does, then I will consider him as a most dishonest guy of this era...

When people say that its all establishment, I question them... whose responsibility, authority and decision to control a citizen from exiting the country? If IK is this powerless, he should resign, and we all will stand beside him.. but this hypocrisy will not work now..

As I have always said the most despicable , corrupt, inhumane and biggest mafia of all is our judiciary system.
Just go and look at the lawyers in Pakistan. They are worse than prostitutes. Judges are the single most corrupt segment of our society. Their appointment is done by politicians who appoint their family and friend as judges.
Do you guys really think that Nawaz and Zardari never saw this day coming and never prepared for it?
All these product of haram judges are going so lenient with Zardari and Nawaz family because they were groomed and appointed by them.
Expect no justice ....

Surprised by the conduct of Judge like this. Court is supposed to make decision on merits, in view of circumstances, evidence and witnesses before the Court. Instead of asking someone to guarantee the life of other and making it some damaging exercise for Judiciary, a decision should have been made even if it was to grant him bail for few days like this. What I observed was the reason that he wanted to play clean and not to be the target of later criticism by pro PTI or anti PMLN political mindset in the Country hence, created a reason that look neither NAB nor State was ready to take responsibility hence, Court can't take risk and granted bail. This possible approach is reasonable, to me under current circumstances but less valued as compare to Court should have made a decision without asking for guarantee and issued directions. The later idea would have been more appropriate where at-least I can see that Court has no pressure of any kind and takes responsibility for their decisions and playing justly.

As on over view of situation, it seems like he wanted to remain out of upcoming debates in a fear that PTI etc might use such granted bail decision for political point scoring or putting burden on judiciary, hence, lets call upon State & NAB both and say that look, it was decided due to them.

Rest about any deal without recovery, will be the only reason that IK has no more political career. If, the money is coming back to Pakistan then there is no point of having vengeful proceedings or making it must to hang so & so political corrupt. If you choose to hang them then I don't see any recovery of money but sending them out of Pakistan & politics in lieu of recovery, will be a wise decision. Mind you; we already have threats from East & West as well as internal moles are starting to rise or at-least attempting to disrupt any progress/development so better to start to deal with such threats one by one in appropriate manners. Appropriate manners means with benefit of Pakistan and not just falling to any pressure as such.

I wouldn't use such language on the Forum that has the responsibility as well. Lets not be quoted in negative manners somewhere else that Forum will have to take the heat and nothing lost to the members.

Judiciary has made many historical decisions as well when people used to cheer a lot. Lets not use a single decision as such to generalize and insult Judiciary. One has to consider a lot of factors working simultaneously in one case.

I live in Canada but our business and house we left behind was taken over illegally. I have spent close to $100000 on lawyers and even bribing judges ..... they are so well versed in the art of screwing public that even after taking money they pass the judgement that only allows the next person in line to make money. Absolutely disgusting breed we have in our country who are supposed to provide justice to poor:

judges are just one character of this entire show, why suddenly he granted bail ??? very simple the deal between Nawaz and establishment has already been finalized and already people were discussing it in media even over here in other threads... but now court is just playing its part to make it look like more legitimate otherwise it need balls to give decisions against the will of establishment

Today Pakistani nationality Senator Hafiz Hamdullah of JUIF has been revoked he is not eligible to contest any where, no media outlet will interview him anymore and over night he has been brought down to zero. if someone is convinced that in establishment people were not aware about him ... then really he is living in fools world, this is a signal for Fazulu that his table could turn over night he should stay away contacting the enemy countries for funding

As I suspected Justice "Gutter min Iblis" was playing tricks purposefully on PTI's federal government. He wanted to involve PM Imran Khan in this bail plea. Despite Federal Government not part of the case at all.

How men like these become justices in Pakistan!!!
Justice "Gutter min Iblis" should be prosecuted immediately and sent for a long sentence. Hanging is a better option.
