Pakistani courts are a joke. Look at whats happening in Faiz Isa case. The accused judge has put the whole Supreme Court in a spin hiding behind technicalities and innuendos.

Because we don't want courts to go controversial ..... as it will only benefit the corrupt Mafia lead by two political families .... this is the same tactic NS applied in 92, and in his second tenure ....

Okay so let the mafia freed NS and we want to put everything under the carpet because we don't want to give wrong impression of an institution which is the reality and happening with poor people. So core problem will remain same no matter what we change.

you can say currently almost every civilian institution of Pakistan is divided b/w corrupt pro-mafia group and those who want change .... heck even federal cabinet have rotten eggs, so in case of Judiciary we have two choices either support to those who are working in right direction .... or make judiciary controversial because of the action of some element and individuals this will favour to NS as they are trying to make judiciary controversial since the decision of Panama case ..... so rather to give them such chance which they will use it to its fullest it is better to act sensibly and try to win the cases in the court this will force the NS & Co. to play every trick possible to avoid the judicial hearing ....

What do you think why NS has gone ill to such stage that now it appear justifiable to appeal higher court court on Humanitarian grounds to save his life ....

Keep in mind NS & Co. were seeking suspension of NS convection, but only get interim bail that too against the Judicial norm
