As I pointed out earlier, they are calling it an abduction because they are not aware of any State institution carrying out the arrest - so why bash the Fauj & State institutions when you have no information currently to implicate them?

Wearing some kind of uniform while carrying out criminal/terrorist activity is a very common ploy.

I'm not excusing anything - abductions happen in every country. Children are kidnapped off streets in broad daylight and trafficked to other cities or countries. Many are never recovered or recovered after years.

All I'm saying is all these Federal ministers are basically saying that the government has no idea who abducted/arrested Jan so the order did not come from the government. It's possible that this was a criminal abduction - wait for more information before blaming State institutions.
