Clearly, JFT-B has a wider nose to host an AESA radar.

Who told you that you need a wider nose to host an AESA Radar?

No, it's not clear at all, certainly not from that pic. AESA radars have been tested on PT04, one of the early JF-17 prototypes, so you don't need a larger nose. The nose on the B model may be slightly larger, but that's probably due to the relocation of certain subsystems to accommodate the second seat, rather than for an AESA.

JF-17B does have a slightly beefier nose but carries the existing KLJ-7V2 radar.

Wider nose has nothing to do with AESA. It could be to accommodate Electronics considering two seats have taken much space. It could also be to introduce stability in design considering several changes had to be made to air frame.

can infra red search and tracking can be employed? in future... or some pods can do that job?

Honestly, this is neither confirmed nor proven and it also makes no sense. Given that both types are manufactured side by side, using the same FCS, it is highly unlikely that the B-model uses a larger radome, since this this would require a wider different front fuselage. And again, the usage of an AESA does not require a wider radome. I really don't know why this - similar to "the B has a wider span" - is stil reposted so often?!
