Or its not a design flaw to be rectified given the the size of the aircraft. Can you state the number of aircraft that can carry 4,000lb ordnance on a pylon?

the drop tank with 1100 liters is almost 1200 kg so it’s more than 1000 kg with 4/5 g limit

HD-1A is one air to ground/ship missile so it doesn't need a booset and its weight is reduce to 1200KG.

Figures are almost estimated at 1000 KG benchmark, don't consider it as exact, bigger than 1000 kg here doesn't mean that it goes up to 1100 or 1200 kg, as I stated that it is from 2011 and related to B1

If they want to change it in block 3 then they would've strengthened the wings and hardpoints to enhance the weight carry capability
