Possibly. That would explain the absence of fuel tanks. You normally don't see them flying without fuel tanks during normal operational flights. I could be wrong there but just my two cents.

Engine can b upgraded once one is ready

E. G f 16 can use both p&w and GE engines.

Both PW and GE powered f16s have different air intakes

I counted some pixels and it looks like Raad-2 is about the same size as MBDA SCALP / Storm Shadow .
Which at least in length is about the same size as the fuel thanks the Thunder carries.
This is how thunder will look like with under the wing Raad-2.
I am not sure if its its possible or not.

Seems like a Pod but on center line with 2 fuel tanks on each 3rd & 5th pylon while SD-10s on 2nd & 6th pylon with side winders on wing tips. Surely, not on port side chin mounting. Remember that an extra chin hard point on JF-17 Block-III will be on Starboard side.

The GE Powered Vipers have the Big Mouth inlets and they increase the head-on RCS.
