RD-93MA is not a new engine per se. It is an incremental improvement over the baseline RD-93 with Bark engine monitoring (Bark is Russian counterpart of FADEC). Think of it as the IPE version of the Blk 52+ F-16 with thrust and digital enhancements.

Additional 2200 pounds of thrust would do wonders for this aircraft.

Not anymore a life line for PAF but 27th February taught it still a formidable fighter to reckon with.
But JF-17 is growing to gradually match its bigger brother F-16.

Photoshopped. You can see it in the pic, as the surface changes to solid colour where serial is located normally.
